He told me that none of the items are refurbished or used. They are all brand new with a cosmetic defect here or there. That's it. In fact, some were so small that I couldn't find any issues with them. I saw some really good deals and some "OK" deals. When I spoke to the store manager, she said they were negotiable despite the price tag, which I thought was great. Ultimately we got a great deal at Costco, so we didnt end up purchasing anything from here, but I recommend it if youre trying to save hundreds and ok with small, sometimes barely noticeable cosmetic damage. Just make sure you look up the model number online to compare what it's being sold new. Some of the items weren't competitively priced.

The immediate issue prompting this review is that I had an issue with a washing machine at my rental property in February last year (2025). Called Aiden (I think he goes by Adam now based on responses I'm seeing on here) and he quoted $380 for the parts (capacitor and control board) and another $300 for labor. Then he mentioned that they have a warehouse and could sell me a similar refurbished unit and it would be $800 all in to buy and have it delivered and installed. I agreed since we had a good working relationship to that point. Well, the machine broke this past week and he is saying that the part needed (main bearing for the basket?) is no longer available and proceeded to offer to sell me a different machine to replace the defective one. I no longer trusted his word so I just bought a replacement machine from Home Depot and tacked on the 5 year extended coverage policy. The other recent bad experience I had with this company is when my tenant at another property was complaining about water coming up from the air gap from his dishwasher a couple months ago in February. Aiden told me the garbage disposal was the main culprit but that I needed to replace the dishwasher pump. Charged $83 for the pump and $350 for labor and said he could replace the disposal for an additional $500. I passed on getting the disposal changed because I knew my regular plumber would charge less. After they replaced the pump Aiden tells me they need to replace the water line as well for $90 and I said OK. After they replaced that line the tenant texted me and said that water was continuing to come out of the air gap. Problem was finally fixed when my plumber replaced the disposal (for $300). This made me think that the pump replacement was completely unnecessary and a waste of my money. Leaving a 3 star review because I had a good experience with them prior to this year and Aiden seems to be a nice guy but definitely would not recommend buying their appliances and will no longer be doing business with them.

Well guess what, it's next day and they just called to say the technician is sick and they are not sure when he will be able to come out. They are offering no solution, and when I requested that they just close my file so I can use another service, they said no.
