Today I had spoke to Kimberly which is one of the leasing agents at the office and she told me that I was no longer receiving that. So I am very angry. When I was shown the apartment for a walk-through, I did not see anything wrong with the unit. It wasn't until I had moved all of my stuff into the unit, found out that my oven didn't work, then I had smelt a foul odor coming from behind the oven. When I had moved the oven forward there was a hole in the wall with thousands of roaches surrounding three dead rats. They had moved me into a new unit that was not professionally cleaned, and also had roaches in it. In the meantime of living in the new unit there was a hole in my balcony ceiling. They had mentioned that the contractors would come and fix it, but they did not show up. A swarm of bees had came and inhabited the hole that was in my ceiling that they were supposed to fix. Until this day, the hole has not been fixed and the bees have not been removed. Kimberly was very not understanding over the phone.

They tried to charge me $1000 for a new stove. Absolutely insane, also, cars have been stolen and there's no cameras around the property. I even had my shoes stolen while I was swimming. The apartments themselves are nice but the area is awful and a lot of the people here are sketchy. I don't recommend moving here at all. Another thing, if you like consistently with management and property policy's you'll be disappointed. They come up with new rules and new things all the time and things change a lot here. When affordable housing in Austin felt impossible, I found this community and thought a manufactured home on a rented lot was a practical solution for my family. I toured the property, I asked questions, and I did what I thought was due diligence. I specifically and repeatedly asked my salesperson how much the lot rent increases each year. Every single time, her answer was the same: "Not a lot." Never a number. Never specifics. Just vague reassurance designed to keep me moving toward a signature. The day of my closing, after I had already given notice on my previous place and had absolutely no way to back out, I finally saw the real numbers in the paperwork. The lot rent would increase by nearly $300 after the first year. I was blindsided with no options and no time. I signed because I had no choice. Here is what this community actually costs: my first year ran $1,700-$1,800 per month. My most recent payment, now without the first-year discount, was nearly $2,400. For a single-wide manufactured home on land I don't even own, where I pay every single utility. I am not alone. I have spoken to my neighbors, and every single one of them feels the same way, trapped. Walk to the back expansion section of this community and look around; homes that used to have families in them are now sitting empty. For sale signs everywhere. Scroll through Facebook Marketplace and search this community, you will find listing after listing of residents desperately trying to get out. This is not a coincidence. This is a pattern. If you are considering moving into this community, I am begging you: get every single number in writing before you sign anything. Ask exactly how much the lot rent increases, exactly when it increases, and exactly what your total monthly cost will look like in year two, year three, and beyond. I had a one bedroom apartment with a platform bed, table and desk being the largest items. All went well until one mover got frustrated with taking apart my bed. After refusing to use the instructions or my advice he said that he couldn't do it and wanted to quit. After offering advice a second time he stated that I was a liar and hid the fact that this bed had so many pieces, and said that I should've gone to their office building with a picture and explanation of my move and the difficulty of the bed. After a heated discussion he told his coworker to take my sh** off the truck and they were leaving (He said this three times within the hour). This went on for about another 10 minutes which finally ended with him finally taking my advice and moved my belongings to my new apartment. Throughout this hour long discussion I did not disrespect nor threaten either men. However, I was treated very disrespectfully even though they were looking to get my money. For a moving company, it was amazing that he complained about the difficulty of the move. (A move that I didn't, nor would expect, to be difficult). I do appreciate them finally moving my things, however, the unprofessional-ism of the movers and the lack of respect I was given was astonishing. This event may be a fluke, but I will never recommend them to my worst enemy.

Abbie set up a measurement appointment within a few days. Chad came out to measure our kitchen countertops to get an accurate estimate. We received the estimate later that same day, and it was very reasonable. I went into the shop to choose my granite and met Rebecca and Amanda. After choosing my granite and free sink, our installation was scheduled. From start to finish the whole process took about a week. Edgar and his crew installed our countertops and even came back to address a concern I had with shims( I keep my old backsplash so to make the countertops level shims we're needed). Edgar came by very happily and addressed my concern and made a slight tweak to trim the shims. I would highly recommend BLG and their team for granite countertops. We choose Bahama White granite and our kitchen countertops look absolutely gorgeous!!

I found Blue Label online. Our project is in an old neighborhood in Buda so it was convenient. We went to the showroom and were greeted by Aaliyah who explained the inventory and helped us to make a selection. Once we submitted a drawing of the top to be produced it took 4 days to have the finished countertop ready. It was small and the shop guys loaded it in the pickup for us. We self installed it and it fits perfectly. We are very satisfied with the result. Blue Label did a great fabrication job for us. They were on time, no surprises, precision work. We would strongly recommend them for your next stone countertop or fabrication project.

We were close to having our landscaping company build it. I'm really glad we brought in a specialist instead. Mark came out, measured both areas, picked the one he thought worked best, showed me the design, and asked what I wanted. I told him: tough, hard to play, something that simulates real golf. That's what we got. Letting Mark design it the way he thought was best was the right call. The customer service was incredible. The pool company had left the drain area unfinished, so Mark drove to Lowe's, picked up a drain cover, and came back to finish it himself. He even updated where the irrigation should run to make it a fun, usable four-hole green. That level of attention to detail, not just letting things slide, was consistent throughout. We also had them install artificial turf in the other area. With young kids, Mark thought about details I wouldn't have, making sure it was soft underfoot and wouldn't get too hot. He really listened. He came back a week later for a walk-through and cleaned up the edges to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The price was very reasonable for what we got, and the end product is so much fun. The green is tricky. You have to get the pace and angle right.
