Do not rent these apartments!!! since we moved in we've had so many cockroaches everywhere....for 1,500 that we pay every month you'd expect them to at least be more clean. Not to mention they don't have any cameras installed and the gates never work. We have gotten robbed from our locked truck due to the gates not working & random people coming in. Then our Amazon packages get stolen from outside our door and there's nothing they can do because they don't have any cameras. And they never clean outside. The concrete floors are very dirty outside. 0/10. You can definitely find more affordable apartments and cleaner ones read more

I don't ever make reviews like this and this is a absolute first for me. I am just so tired of seeing what happening to my home. I've even had to call the corporate number to get the Regional manager's email. hopefully, she sees these reviews and understands the frustration that has had to transpire to get to this point. ireed@jciresidential.com Not luxury. Do not be fooled by the stage photography, and the specific path your that are given when looking at the facility. I pay almost $1700 for a one bedroom. These are not cheap apartments. These are not $800, $900 rooms. Don't be fooled by the CLUBHOUSE. The clubhouse is supposed to look immaculate, no matter where you go but, no one lives in the clubhouse. So, that's not a judgment at all. The staff that works in the clubhouse goes home after that and they don't live here to experience what we do. As another reviewer said for this property, it's a fairly new property and cosmetic wise from a distance it looks great. And we do get a lot of people from the surrounding neighborhood in our pools and the gym. We do get a lot of people (unfriendly) from the surrounding neighborhood in our pool and the gym. even as a guy I don't like to go to the gym or pool at night because you don't know what can happen because we don't have any security on property. A you look closer to the hallways, the floors are riddled with juices from garbage. when I moved in, I asked him do you clean the property on a regular basis and I was told yes by the guy.... Don't believe me just look at the pictures The grass that's filled with ammonia, stains from dog pee, and unwalkable grass because it's covered in dog poop. they need to crack down on the dog situation here because it's really destroying the overall environment of this place. If I'm paying almost $1700 a month for rent, these are not problems I should be having for a luxury apartment. Three years ago when I moved in, I've asked for my door to be repainted because it was so badly chipped just like every single other door on the property. And when I say, every, I mean, every single door has chip paint, that looks extremely bad. Renters are leaving their dogs on the balconies barking all day. The manager sends out notice about $100 fine but people are still doing it anyway if they don't pick up their dog poop. Three years. Three years is how long my family has lived here. And over the past three years, this facility has gotten worse. It has a really good pool and the gym is decent. The grounds are well manicured and they are working out the garbage system. The staff is active about certain things but for sure the advertising is misleading. The staff really doesn't matter anyway because since there is a high turnover rate. This is not luxury. You may want to ask them to define luxury because the units look nice, but they are second to IKEA furniture when it comes to cabinets and cupboards. Aesthetically it looks nice but things break very easily. The biggest headache is the dog and security issue here at East Ridge Apartments. Now that I'm right in this review and realizing that this is so much for the amount that I'm paying, I think this is going to be my last year here and I'm going to start looking at some of the new apartment buildings next-door that are almost completed. read more

I Almost never do reviews. But the gates are broken all the time, zero security. if you call security they may or may not show up in an hour or so. The pool is disgusting you would be better off swinging in a septic tank. Food, urine, fecal matter, broken glass and more! The apartments are ok, but very very far from luxury. there is broken gym equipment, stairways and landings are nasty, stained with trash. They say they collect trash daily, but do NOT! It is truly one step from living in the projects. The company I work for recently removed them from the suggested and approved residential locations. as such we are relocating to a proper luxury location. Management only want to rent spaces, they have no interest in making it nice. They will rent to Those with or without a legal right to be in this country! read more

Claims to be luxury but is just like any other apartment. The gates were always broken, there was a roach infestation that they refused to take care of and there was rust coming from the ceiling into the bathtub that they didn't take care of for weeks even after multiple calls to the front office. The front office manager was so rude upon the last weeks we stayed here. These apartments aren't any better than low income apartments. Would not recommend living here. read more

Pay all this money a month just to have break ins. The front gates not work from time to time. Maintenance taking forever to fix whatever the issue is. People leave their dog poop everywhere. Cars that don't belong in the residence take all the parking space. And the furniture and cabinets are cheap material that break off easily over time and you're expected to fix lol out of your pocket money. Never again this is my last year here read more

Beyond exceptional Customer service from the whole office!!!! Gabriel Rodriguez the assistant manager is very attentive to everything that I ask. I can be quite annoying at the move in process because I have tons of questions and anxiety moving. Most people get frustrated however he kept his cool and made sure that I was OK and every question I had he answered. He is also super funny and knowledgeable! Jerrcia the leasing agent went above beyond! I made the mistake of ordering furniture prior to moving in. It came before I moved in, and she went to my front door where the packages were left and put them inside of the apartment for me so that they wouldn't be stolen because I had a whole two weeks prior to move-in. I have been living here now for about four months and I've had a few maintenance requests and they come out so fast and they are so professional this is super rare an apartment complexes it's usually pulling teeth to get maintenance to come out but not here. (Thanks Cesar!) As far as the apartment itself I love! I love the island in my kitchen and that I have so many cabinets to put all my junk food in lol I would highly recommend to live here it's rare that you could find amazing staff at an amazing apartment complex if I could give them 10 stars I would. read more

Horrible staff. Can never get a hold of them when i needed to speak to someone over the phone. I would have to call 4/5 times back to back just to get someone to pick up if they even did. Upstairs neighbors very inconsiderate about noise & when we told the apartment it was if they never did. When i would speak to someone over the phone they always sounded like they had an attitude. Lied and said our carpets were "dirty" & cleaning fees when we cleaned out the entire thing. kept our 500 deposit, When i first moved in the apartments when they first opened the guy in the front told me an estimate for a carpet cleaning was 60$. They are greedy and rude. Don't live here. read more

I love love LOVE living at EastRidge. I blindly signed a lease without ever seeing the property and I'm not disappointed. Superior floor plans, high ceilings, and impeccable details. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. They go above and beyond to make things happen. Andrea, specifically made my move in flawless. Also the doggie wash makes my life so much easy! read more
