Her root canal went perfectly but she had some complications due to an improper crown placement that was done by another dentist's office. She was in a lot of pain and he told Lucinda to come in and took care of the problem with no charge!! Wow!! That is service. He really cares. The staff there is so loving and kind as well. There is some kind of tiny beetle infestation in this office. One came out of the magazine I tried to look through that was provided in the waiting area, and one was crawling on me as I left the office. I was hurt very badly by the doctor durning the Novocain injections. I cried it was so painful! I asked for gas, but was told that was an extra $55. I felt this clinic cared very little for patient care or comfort. The Office Manager did call me and try to make things right for me, so I do appreciate that.

I had a toothache so I called them up. they were able to see me within the hour. I called them at 9am and I was sitting in the chair getting my tooth x-ray at 9:45(good luck finding anywhere else that will see you so quickly). It turns out I needed some work done and I had a sinus infection. I got a temp crown, 3 fillings, a full cleaning, antibiotics, and prescription pain meds all within the same day(I came back a week later to finish the crown). and it didn't break my wallet! I was pleasantly surprised. My insurance paid for 4/5ths of the procedure. My teeth are in good shape and my bite is perfect. I quite enjoyed the professionals who worked on me. They were really kind and considerate. I kept getting bits of stuff in my beard during the procedure but the hygienist was careful to keep me clean and my dignity was protected. I felt like a real person and they treated my like one. I'll be coming back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Thank you for your help stonehaven!
