I had a toothache so I called them up. they were able to see me within the hour. I called them at 9am and I was sitting in the chair getting my tooth x-ray at 9:45(good luck finding anywhere else that will see you so quickly). It turns out I needed some work done and I had a sinus infection. I got a temp crown, 3 fillings, a full cleaning, antibiotics, and prescription pain meds all within the same day(I came back a week later to finish the crown). and it didn't break my wallet! I was pleasantly surprised. My insurance paid for 4/5ths of the procedure. My teeth are in good shape and my bite is perfect. I quite enjoyed the professionals who worked on me. They were really kind and considerate. I kept getting bits of stuff in my beard during the procedure but the hygienist was careful to keep me clean and my dignity was protected. I felt like a real person and they treated my like one. I'll be coming back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Thank you for your help stonehaven!

He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent decision to move forward with complete confidence! His staff, particularly his office Manager Mandy and my hygienist is also extremely helpful and professional. Dr. Brown has a great rapport with his assistant(s) and hygienist and they work very well together. I never have to wait as they are very timely. For my last appointment, I was unable to get a babysitter and they gave my kids toys and kept them busy while I got my teeth fixed. So thoughtful. I showed them where THEY had called ME and made the appointment on my phone, but they still refused to see me, so now I get to enjoy an entire weekend of having an exposed nerve because Young Family Dental has no idea how to run an office. UPDATE: Young Family Dental called me back 30 minutes later and apologized for losing my appointment. They did squeeze me in and got the issue fixed. The dentist who did the work was great. It would have been nice if they could have figured out their mistake before I had to make two trips, but I'm glad to have the issue resolved.
