Her root canal went perfectly but she had some complications due to an improper crown placement that was done by another dentist's office. She was in a lot of pain and he told Lucinda to come in and took care of the problem with no charge!! Wow!! That is service. He really cares. The staff there is so loving and kind as well. One came out of the magazine I tried to look through that was provided in the waiting area, and one was crawling on me as I left the office. I was hurt very badly by the doctor durning the Novocain injections. I cried it was so painful! I asked for gas, but was told that was an extra $55. I felt this clinic cared very little for patient care or comfort. The Office Manager did call me and try to make things right for me, so I do appreciate that.
