So I came in the next day and the woman had me switch seats because she thought I would cheat. She made me switch seats twice! And warned me that there was cameras everywhere (my phone was with her so there was no way that I would cheat, not that I would anyway) after I took the test one of the men that works there (the one who sat me down the first time) is who graded my knowledge test. The woman had walked out to the front part of their office as I was walking out after I had been informed that I passed the test. The woman looked me up and down and said you finished your test fast and I said yes I did and then she said did you pass and I said yes, and she had the nastiest look on her face and then told me not to forget my ID again as I had forgot it on the table the day previously because I was told to take it out for my test and then told to get up so suddenly, it had slipped my mind that I had set it on the folder they gave me. A couple days later, I called and tried to make an appointment for my drivers test, and the woman was being so sweet and accommodating, and then she asked if I had came in before and I told her who I was and her tone changed immediately and she told me that they had no availabilities Because their staff went on vacation. She's an older African woman my mom's age. I was never expecting her to treat me like this seeing as I was so respectful to her and being African myself I had even a little bit more respect for her as my elder I don't know if there's some kind of jealousy or Maybe she doesn't like Ethiopians. I'm not quite sure what the deal is there I was born in America, so I don't really know the politics over there, but please don't waste your time coming to this business. They are extremely unprofessional extremely rude. They're not clear on what their hours are and you're not able to make appointments. There's way better places near there to do your knowledge and skills test. I never write reviews like this because I know how detrimental it can be to someone's business, but I've never been treated like this and I don't want anybody else to go through what I went through at that place. These guys & gals all presently work for or are retired First Responders from our local Fire, E.M.T. & Law Enforcement Offices. The instructors I had and a few I ran into while I was there, were all very kind and accommodating and my driving instructor put my mind at ease, while we were out on the road. She refused to fit me in or reschedule. They charged me the $75 for NOTHING The driving instructor that I was talking to was condescending and lectured me for five minutes on being on time, then told me many people fail this test. She asked me if I knew what smog was without telling me. It was an acronym for something, then proceeded to tell me because I didn't take their classes, I would probably fail. Even though I explained to her, I was told to be there at that time and was five minutes early she refused to help in any way. The next day when I called to explain the situation and try to reschedule, the girl told me they had a 15 minute late policy. Later in the conversation it changed to 10 minutes, and then finally five minutes.
