While my purchase and scheduling experience were good my subsequent delivery and customer experiences were deplorable. At time of order I explicitly asked for a brand new safe, in the box. I have an elderly mom and I simply cannot risk any COVID issues. They delivered me the floor model and without the spin dial I requested and paid for. I realized it wasn't brand new only after they left SS I put a couple things together. The box they covered the safe in didn't look new, the safe was dirty and has numerous fingerprints all over it AND the magnetic price tag was still on the door!! I called today to get this remedied and some punk called me back to tell me why this was all ok. In addition I asked him if the safe had been sanitized ( which it clearly was not) and he straight lied about that. Needless to say I became upset after spending almost 5k for a safe. I have yet to hear from the owner/manager. I will not let this go. PLEASE don't do business with these people. They are liars, don't have integrity, and worst of all have little respect for their customers and their well being. Regards, read more

Eastern Security Safe helped me find the exact safe I was looking for and they helped me find it at a price that was just right. Once found, they coordinated the delivery and installation in short order. I took delivery right on schedule and the installation team put my new, beautiful safe exactly where I wanted it to go. They did this with all of the professional expertise you would expect of a business who'd done many professional safe installations before. I called the office of Eastern Security Safe and was treated with courtesy and respect. Brian let me know when was the best time to visit the showroom. He answered all my questions and made excellent recommendations. I purchased a safe from them and they delivered it on the third business day. That was fast service! The installers were very professional and placed the safe exactly where I wanted it. They took care to make sure there was no damage to my property or to the safe itself. They bolted it to the floor in a short time and were done with the whole installation in less than an hour. Do NOT do business here! I started my safe hunting adventure in the late fall of 2012 by visiting the Mendon, MA dealer, Eastern Security Safe. From visiting the store and talking to Roger, I left with a good feeling about doing business in the future with this company. I wasn't quite ready to drop several thousand dollars on a Ft Knox safe so I decided to wait a couple of months. I called and talked to Roger a couple of times from late fall to the time of purchase to run some numbers so that I felt comfortable with what I was paying and the process after payment. Now fast forward to early January 2013. I received a new firearm as a Christmas gift, which encouraged me to make a move on purchasing a safe. After a couple of days trying to get through to speak to Roger (the only person I dealt with up to this point) I finally got through. Roger was very helpful and actually talked me into buying a larger safe than what I was originally thinking and gave me a discount because it was a floor model and had some upgrades. I paid $500 to hold the safe, which I was told would be pulled off the floor and marked as sold. After a couple of weeks, I called to place more money down on the safe, this time I spoke to Brian. The transaction felt smooth. Just before the end of January (on a Friday) I called again and completed payment on my safe, again speaking to Brian. I asked what to expect next and he said he would contact me first of the week to set up delivery and my safe would be prepped for delivery by placing it on a pallet and wrapping it up. By Thursday I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called and spoke to who else, but Brian. This time he said they were back logged with safe orders and I was looking at least 2 weeks before something would happen. I somewhat understood and went along with it. After 2 1/2 weeks, I called to check the status of my safe, Brian's response was "I can't find your safe". Unwilling to admit he scammed me by selling my safe, which I paid for (which is against the law), from underneath me, he stuck to his story that he couldn't find it. After 15 minutes of lashing out at Brian, he said that he found another safe exactly like mine in Utah. He said it would be on a truck at the end of the following week and would take approximately 5 days to get to their store. This was the last straw. A week and a half went by and I had not heard from anyone from Eastern Security Safes. I decided I was going to make a special trip (45min) to their store and confront them face to face, either walking out with a safe or my money back! You can probably guess how this ends. I made the trip down to Mendon, MA early one morning and luckily no one was in the shop but Brian. He was on the phone when I walked in, so this gave me a few minutes to re-group. When he finished with his call he asked "can I help you"? I said I'm here to see my safe. He replied "oh yeah", what's your last name. After I gave him my name he froze and remembered me from our phone conversation. He said, "I don't have your safe, it still hasn't left Utah". Well, that was the wrong answer! I told Brian they had jerked me around long enough and demanded my money back. Without hesitation, Brian agreed and started the transaction. This time Brian admitted he sold the safe out from underneath me and said he was to blame. I made sure I got all of my credit card information from their file and left. I took my business to Riley's Sport Shop in NH, where they treated me right and DIDN'T jerk me around. Their prices were slightly better than Eastern Security and they provided me with a detailed price list to show me what I was paying for. Bottom line; DON'T do business with Eastern Security! They will take advantage of their customers to financially benefit themselves! Clearly this place isn't managed properly and has bad business practices!! read more

hello just like to say i have been looking at safes in alot of different places for last few years i settled on a browning and since i was out due to an accident i took a ride the lady in showroom was extreamly helpful with all my questions let me look around without being hounded until i needed her and gave me all the options to get as many of the discounts that were available and i found safe cheaper elsewhere and they worked with me to lower the price but also there safe came with more accessories so that was great they did that if i have a grip it would be not all the people in office have all the info i called to make sure safe had feet the lady told me it did not which was ok i bought patio blocks to keep off floor but when safe arrived it did come with feet and the delivery guys were awesome only 2 guys for a 1000lb safe and from truck to house set up was an hour and i wish there was an office closer to me but the whole experiance was great love the new gun safe thanks. read more

I and my wife visited Eastern Safe on the first week of March to pick out a Liberty Gun Safe which we have needed for quite sometime now. I put it off for too long. Was greeted by Brian the store manager and he quickly filled us in on all the particulars that we were looking for on the safe. He told us it would be two weeks before he could deliver and set it up for us, and that was OK with us. True to his word the safe was delivered exactly two weeks to the day that we visited Eastern Safe. Can't begin to say how pleased I am with the purchase and most importantly the wonderful people that we dealt with. Kudos to Brian and his team at Eastern Gun Safes. I called to ordered a Liberty Lincoln 25 from Eastern but I wasn't sure of all the options, Which ones were better than others. Brian answered the phone and I mentioned that I was in the market for the Liberty Lincoln. He took the time to go over the safe and what was the best options with the safe. My safe came in today and I love it. It took a while to get due to that it was special order and I was well informed of this. (I'm picky) I think that it was fantastic that I could order a safe and get exactly what I want with out even stepping in the store. The safe was delivered to my home without any questions. The delivery guys were great gave a quick run down on everything. Moving the safe from the driveway into the house wasn't too bad. (Which was my responsibility). Just took two of us one male, one female, 3 four foot 2X4s and the undrestanding of fulcum and leverage got it up two stairs into the house in about 15 minutes!! Any how safe looks great with everything I wanted on and in it. I would highly recommend Brian and his team. Great crew!! read more
