Despite this happening right after their delivery, the company refused to take any responsibility. When I spoke with a supervisor, I was told that their representative was "not trained enough" to tell us that if the oil tank is empty, we must specifically request a restart, which costs an additional $75. However, they had no problem clearly explaining that an emergency delivery would cost $200. Because of the extreme cold, we used more oil than usual and didn't realize how low our tank was. I have never run out of oil before, so I had no way of knowing I needed to ask for a restart in advance. Instead of offering any help or solutions, the staff was extremely rude and repeatedly told me to call another plumbing service. As a result, I now have to pay another company to fix the issue. We have children at home and currently have no heat in freezing temperatures. This experience has been unacceptable. I will not be using this company again and will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Please be aware and avoid this company.

We fairly recently have also used them for service on our oil fired boiler. We dealt with service technician "Art" and found him to be competent, flexible and pleasant, coming right over on a sunday evening to help us with a small problem. He really went out of his way to help us and was genuinely concerned, a top notch kind of guy. Highly recommended and will most certainly use them again for our future oil and service needs.
