So, long story short, I posted on Nextdoor seeking help, and Cesar responded. He came over the next day, and got right to work. He brought all his own tools, tables for organizing parts, and his own ladder and wheelbarrow! I was very impressed. Cesar showed up every morning, worked hard all day, and then his lovely wife came over at night to help him clean up the site and pack up his truck. They left the job site absolutely spotless. He is a dedicated professional who works carefully and takes pride in his work. The greenhouse turned out to be much more complicated than either of us expected. What was supposed to be a one-day job took three days. He did request an adjustment to the previously-agreed upon price, and that was fair. He put in a lot of work, staying until 7 pm at night. Cesar did an AMAZING job with the assembly. There were eight boxes of cedar wood, polycarbonate panels, a power port, a hose hookup, windows that open, a vent fan...and all the parts were in different boxes. Cesar opened all the boxes and organized all the pieces before getting started. I will absolutely hire Versatil/Cesar for any and all carpentry. It's rare to find someone who takes pride in doing the best possible job. Cesar is that rare someone. I also cannot overstate my appreciation that they cleaned up EVERY night. Too many contractors, especially plumbers, seem to think that I should clean up after them. I'm not their mommy. I recommend Cesar unreservedly. More recently, a track lighting fixture very high up on a cathedral ceiling stopped working, We made an appointment for All Wright to come to fix this. We told them that the fixture was very high up and suggested that they bring an extra long ladder. We were told that one of their technicians would be in our area the next day and would stop by. He said that they fixture was not the problem but that it was a problem with the switch on the wall. When the second technician came, he failed to bring the correct switch and told us to call the office to arrange a follow up appointment. The third guy arrived with the wrong switch but was able to run to our near-by hardward store and buy the correct switch. Imagine our surprise when All Wright charged us for this visit. We ended up paying almost $600 to replace a switch.
