Then the lady on the phone asked me to send the exterminator pictures of the droppings. He texts back "maybe rat" droppings and then I don't hear from him again. So I wrote to him and said well can you help me. He writes back, "if you see more after a clean up make an appointment". Ummmm ok!! You tell me it may be rat and your not coming to help me. So I wrote back saying that I'm afraid to move in can you come and put down traps. He writes back yes we can put down traps for $375 plus tax. This was the worst company I ever called. How heartless!!! I was honestly in shock. It's like I had to almost beg him to come which I'd never do. The, comment, I'll come for $375 truly sealed the deal away from this company for me. I called another company and they came graciously and identified the problem as NOT RATS, and helped me out as well as calmed my fears. I'd never recommend this service to anyone. I called them in a panic and they actually made me more anxious. Call someone else!!!!
