I did actually call and I was told "we're working on it and will have the estimate to you within the next week" - this was 2 weeks after the estimate was supposed to be emailed to me. Fortunately I did find wonderful contractors who did actually come to my house twice, once for the initial consultation and once more to double check the ascetics before finalizing the estimate- this other company I ended up hiring and was very happy. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone.
