I found Patrick through his rave reviews on Yelp, and after a quick call discussing the size of my apartment and its condition, Patrick was able to book me the next day on a busy Saturday. Patrick and Alex spent 7 hours without break deep cleaning every inch of my home, including shelving, cabinets, vents, electric outlets, walls, ceilings, baseboards, and those cleaned-once-in-a-lifetime nooks and crannies. It was the kind of superb detailing work that truly takes 2 professionals the whole day, and I could have never done it on my own in even a week because I would just give up. They brought new cleaning supplies, fresh smelling non-toxic detergent, a powerful vaccum cleaner, and all the equipment needed to reach all those nooks and crannies. At the end of their job, I felt I could finally relax into my new home, and everything was sparkling and new. I went to stay with family while the work was being done, knowing full well I'd be coming home to a major mess I wasn't prepared to deal with. Patrick to the rescue! I called him while the work was being done. He told me to let him know as soon as the work was completed, and he'd be happy to do a walkthrough for me and squeeze me in so I could get home ASAP. He went to my apartment with his assistant and filmed the walkthrough and sent me the videos. It wasn't as bad as I had thought it would be, but it was still a job that would be too much for me to handle on my own. I knew if I hired Patrick, I could just walk back into my apartment as though nothing had happened. And that is EXACTLY what happened! He spent 1 full day and a morning cleaning the place from top to bottom. Everything was put back precisely according to pictures. I had done a lot of covering of closets, etc., because I was scared my building wouldn't do an adequate job. We had left it that he would check whether or not the inside of closets or cabinets needed to be done once he started the job. He was honest and told me those areas were in great shape; no need for him to add on extra work & extra cost. Not many people would be so honest. Patrick is a gem who knows his business. The oven still had oil residue, the fridge and cabinets were dirty, baseboards were dusty, windows had cobwebs, and even the dishwasher and microwave exterior were dirty. Kitchen counters still had brown residue that came off when wiped. Bathrooms were not deep-scrubbed at all, there was still visible grime and rust inside the cabinets. There was no communication from the company when the cleaner arrived or left, no photos of the work, and no follow-up... just a charge for a service that clearly wasn't delivered. We reached out multiple times requesting a refund. This experience left us feeling taken advantage of during an already stressful move. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

The implication was that it may take an extra hour. We have a standard colonial home; not a mansion. Two women came to our home and did a thorough cleaning job. We were happy with the work that was done. However, I question the amount of time it took to do the cleaning. After six hours, they had not finished the upstairs floor. Needless to say, what was estimated at about 8 hours to complete the deep cleaning was, at that point, not going to happen. The company sent a third cleaner who came to help for approximately two hours, and they told us that we had to pay for her as well. The first two ladies were here for about 10.5 hours when we asked them to leave because the cost was going way beyond what we expected. Our home has a main floor, an upstairs and a finished basement. The main floor and the upstairs were almost completed. The bathroom in the basement was cleaned, but the rest of the finished basement wasn't touched. The job was only 2/3 completed, and we were charged approximately $1500. We estimated that if we let them stay and finish, our bill would have been $2000. Who has ever paid that much for a deep clean? (Note - our house was not messy or excessively dirty when they came. We are moving, and wanted a deep clean before we put our home for sale) When we called the office, the manager simply said she understood our complaint, but there was nothing she could do about it. There was not even the courtesy of a follow up call from the owners to address our complaint. The owner of the company came to our home to give us an estimate based on a tour of our house, so she knew exactly what the cleaning entailed. The estimate was done in person - not over the phone, which should have eliminated any misunderstanding of what the job involved. I became a little suspicious when she asked for a credit card for a $200 down payment and disclaimed the quoted price and explained the job could take longer. I had a contracting business years ago and a quoted price was a quoted price without major price adjustments. If you decide to use this company for cleaning services, do not offer a credit card and demand that you pay in cash. Once they have your card information, they can arbitrarily charge you more, giving you, the customer, no recourse to challenge the price. We are reasonable people, but this is a complete rip off. This was so poorly managed, resulting in a 50% increase in the quoted price for a job 2/3 completed. Just a warning to all if you ever decide to use this company.
