Contacted them last minute on a holiday weekend and they were able to accommodate me to which I'm…read moregrateful for. They did a decent enough job cleaning and were pretty fast. They were a little pricey but it was also last minute and a holiday so that could've factored into the price. Two complaints: I was moving out of my apartment and there was a dirty spot on the rug after they had already steam cleaned it. I think one of the workers may have tracked in mud. I asked if they could just go over that spot once more with the steam cleaner and they didn't instead they tried to rub out the spot by hand which didn't really do anything. The other complaint is, even though they didn't want to, they helped carry a few pieces of furniture out to the curb (which the owner put in my contract that they were to do) and they damaged the wall in the apartment. My landlord had to withhold part of my security deposit due to that.

We've been using Maurice and Vani to clean our house for several years. They have always been…read moregreat. They are reliable, honest, and take good care of our home. They are willing to adapt their cleaning methods if there is something we are not 100% happy with. And if there is something beyond regular floors/bathrooms/dusting, they are happy to handle other tasks (for a reasonable additional cost). Beyond doing a good job, they are also warm, trustworthy, and hardworking people who we are happy to support in their small business. We trust them with the keys to our home, which is saying something. And they are great with our dog, too. If I had one critique, it would be that their main focus is general cleaning. They use "regular" cleaning products and elbow grease to get the job done. That's good for 98% of jobs. So, you may need to ask them if you need them to do something different. For instance, to use a bleach-based cleaner to get a white enamel fixture really white again. Or to use a CLR-type product to remove rust stains (they would likely scrub things down really well, making them clean, but not necessarily removing the rust stain). But again, if you ask, they will happily adapt and take care of it. And remember for future times, too. As you can tell, we would highly recommend them. --- [I don't know if it is worth addressing the one bad review I see, because I don't know their situation, but I find their complaint to be highly unlikely. Do they know what their landlord paid for in terms of cleaning? You can pay someone to do a basic cleaning of floors and bathrooms (1.5 hrs work and a low price) or pay a team of people to spend 8-10 hours scrubbing appliances, doing windows, etc (at a much higher price). I'm guessing the landlord paid for the former (basic floors/bathrooms at a relatively low cost), while the tenant expected the latter (all-day scrub-down at a very high cost). I wouldn't blame these honest and hardworking people for that misunderstanding.]

I now have to write this review!!!!! I called this company cleaned to perfection to set an appointment for an estimate! So I did .The owner came & stated that the area in my bay window should & must be cleaned! I caved & said to my self she seems to be a professional & take her. advice ! And with that she stated that the drapes in the bay window must also be cleaned & she had an attachment that would accommodate the drapes without pulling on them! So I agreed ! That being said I went against mybetter judgement & all I believe to be true with common sense! She wanted a credit card # b4 starting! I gave it to her! Her people came ,the 1st thing I stated was did you bring the attachment for cleaning the drapes? The girl said no & was not going to clean the draped or the bay window area! Huh! Add insult to injury & insult again just b4 the girl left,I stated the time spent for the cleaning & she said yes! As the credit card was charged the agreed on initially Ok??? But the next day was charged additional $10.00!!?? Call me a fool for dealing with this person She puts on a good show but Help me Lord! Never ever again! I have cleaners since then but like this!
