Was asked to reschedule but, this cleaning was scheduled to happen the day before our guests were to arrive. The owner wanted to reschedule while our guests were here. Quite frustrating that I wasted a week counting on this service and could have spent that time finding another provider. Not to mention the $48 spent boarding the dog today to keep him out of the way while the house was being cleaned. Extremely inconvenienced and unprofessional. Leana has such a friendly and pleasant personality and is an extremely hard worker. Leana was first scheduled to come from 10-3 but stayed until 5 (extra fee). She cleaned every room carefully, cleaned my fridge, oven and changed all my sheets. Leana brought her own cleaning supplies and Dyson vacuum. There are still stains on the walls, dirt and hair behind the toilets and in the corners of the bathroom floors. There are still stains on the cabinets in the kitchen and cobwebs in the corners. The floors were not properly vacuumed and more. The owner was nasty, argued with me, called me defensive when she tried to "prove a point" that the women she sent did the job I asked for. She argued because they cleaned another bedroom in the house that wasn't part of the job and the door had been closed to. Instead of attempting to make it right immediately she gave me a hard time instead. this is terrible business practice. I paid for a service and it was not done to my specifications and now apparently it's my fault ‍ very displeased customer. They're cheap for sure, but you clearly get what you pay for.
