I had them come out and look at our dishwasher because it leaked. I had previously had another company come out and look at it and they made it worse. The previous company told me I had to fix my cabinets in order to get the leak to stop. East Valley Appliance came out and in no time at all had found the problem and fixed the leak. read more

Excellent customer service. Very prompt and took a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong with our LG Refrigerator and had to deal with LG people on the phone and they were terrible to the tech at our house, but he held his composure and completed the job. I had called another company that came here and could not figure out what the problem was before I contacted East Valley but I will not waste my time on any other company. I will always have East Valley Super Techs come in the future if I need service. You can't go wrong in having them come to do a repair. I highly recommend this company for repairs. read more

We had our refrigertor fixed in Feb by east valley appliance repair. Our freezer made a horrible noise and had a leak and froze on the bottom. the tech shoed me how to fix it but I never recalled it. My warrently was good for 90 days. Well on day 80 t began again. So I called for an appt, and the lady answered the phone and said it would be covered. However I had to change my appt. When I called to reschedule , now it is not covered by the warrenty. even though I called and reported the issue well with in the warrently time. NOT HAPPY. I left a message for Mike the owner to call me but so far no phone call. read more

AMAZING! HONEST! RELIABLE! I had them come out for the yearly maintenance on my front loader. It had been over 2 years since I last had it done. 10 minutes into the appointment he let me know it was in perfect condition and didn't need anything done. Brought a dishwasher through Lowe's and they are the company they use to install. Lowe's should rethink this; didn't call for 2 days to set up installation, was told they would be here between 7-9 as I had to be out by 11 for a doctor appointment, didn't show up until after 10 and I had to call twice to find out when they would be here. We have used East Valley Appliance Repair several times over the years to repair our washing machine. We do a lot of laundry and really work out these machines. They've always been timely, helpful, and reasonably priced. And they are just friendly people. We had them over this week to replace the motor on the washing machine. We had East Valley Appliance install a microwave this week. A day after they left we realized we had a large dent in the top of the brand new stove that had been pulled out for the install. We also found the cabinet next to the stove had been pushed away from the wall, tearing out the screw attaching it to the wall. When brought to their attention, East Valley denied it. After reading another review...it doesn't surprise me at all. STAY AWAY from East Valley Appliance!!!! read more

Had a tech out to look at my GE oven that was not heating. He pulled out the oven did a few tests and came to a conclusion that my control board was bad. They were going to charge $466.10 for parts and labor. I pulled the oven back out after he left to check a few things myself. Found out some wires came loose in the box in the wall, melted and bare wires were touching. I called and asked for a refund on my service call, but they refused. I am very upset that he did not check it when he was here. I am now out $65.00. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. read more

I should have called East Valley Appliance Repair first! EAST VALLEY APPLIANCE REPAIR (Brenn S. was the repair person) is TOP NOTCH! Stay away from the Appliance Connection. Here's the story. I purchased a built-in microwave over the Internet and it stopped working after 5 days of use. I couldn't return it and I was stuck dealing with the warranty/manufacturer. Everything was completely covered by Frigidaire and they referred me to several local authorized repair companies. I chose the Appliance Connection and they quickly responded to my house on Oct. 20. The repair person, Ramone, said it needed 3 parts costing over $200 (didn't matter with warranty) and it would take 2 weeks to receive the parts from the factory. He said if I haven't heard from him in 2 weeks, to call, confirm the parts had arrived, and make an appointment. I called two weeks later during business hours, couldn't get through to a person, and I left a message. I never heard back after a week, and I called again (during business hours, no answer, left a message). Another week went by, and I called again. Same thing. I called Frigidaire on Nov. 29th, they tried to get through to Appliance Connection, but also had no luck. Frigidaire referred me to another repair company, East Valley Appliance Repair. They responded a day later, determined it needed only one inexpensive part, and that the previous repair person had removed several parts from the microwave! EV Appliance Repair returned with the parts less than a week later and fixed our microwave. As of Dec. 10, I have never heard back from Appliance Connection. read more

A tenant at one of my properties called me at work to report the washing machine leaking. I called East Valley Appliance Repair to see if someone could check it out that day. As it happened, they had a tech just heading out for the day who was close and could meet me immediately. When he arrived, we determined that the water was coming from a leaking pipe in the wall, not the washer, but since he was there he still took the time to show me how to disassemble and inspect the entire plumbing system on the washer to verify that it was not part of the problem. He also walked through the house with me, at my request, to answer any questions I had about repairs to the other appliances. Although EVAR did not have to make any repairs that day, I was impressed with both the prompt arrival, and the helpfulness & knowledge of the technician who assisted me. They are now my go-to contact for not only my rental properties, but my own home appliances, as well. read more
