I got the price on the cover and I got the price on the whole truck too, and I went with the whole truck price they did an amazing job and a amazing price. They out did their self and they repaired things that weren't included in the quote and did not charge me anymore. Repaired 3 dents, gave me new tail lights, and tinted my windows. I was totally amazed when I finally saw my truck. They broke a piece of molding on my inside door latch but they are working on finding the piece to repair it. I will definitely use them for any work in the future and refer everyone that needs body work to PRIME COLLISION. I found Linx Auto Body through Yelp, and we took my car there this morning. Bob was very friendly and quick to fix it in a couple minutes. The door is fixed, and I can now open it without any issue. So something did happen.....and the Arnold's team responded beautifully! Although this van had low mileage, it is 9 years old....it looked showroom new. STILL had a bit of that new car smell. Based on the CarFax it may have been in a fleet of private rental vehicles, but wasn't driven much so sitting dormant may have contributed to the gas pump issue that popped up about two weeks or so after we bought it. The Arnold's service team inspected it, made the correct diagnosis and very quickly had me back sporting around in our new van. So grateful that we chose to partner with Arnold's for this vehicle purchase. Will go here first whenever we need another car!

I could see I kept getting put behind other jobs that came in after me. Seats turned out nice, but the knob on the side to adjust the back is very difficult to maneuver, and didn't consider the height differential. The carpet was installed poorly. Not tight, loose in a few areas. The AC that was installed doesn't blow air very well. Wouldn't have gone back after AC, but already paid for seat/carpet material.

He called and offered to take care of it personally at his home and didn't charge me any more for a job that proved to take more time than they first thought. Two days later my car looked great. You can't tell the keyed scratch was ever across the whole side of my car. Ralph is really great, and cared about the car just like I do.
