I had a hearing aid purchased years ago from another company, and it required a specific connection device the folks here didn't have. So what they did was ordered the device and when it arrived, not only fixed issues with my hearing aid, but enhanced it with their top notch Real Ear Speech Mapping system, which is one of (if not the) best in the industry. Later that day, they fit her in, diagnosed her problem with the hearings aids, fixed one and cleared a blockage and gave her some hearing back. My aunt was overjoyed and hugged me after we left for finding Robert at Livingston's. They provided a plan to resolve her remaining issues that we are pursuing.
