So what they did was ordered the device and when it arrived, not only fixed issues with my hearing aid, but enhanced it with their top notch Real Ear Speech Mapping system, which is one of (if not the) best in the industry. Later that day, they fit her in, diagnosed her problem with the hearings aids, fixed one and cleared a blockage and gave her some hearing back.
