With every encounter that I have had with him, he was not understanding and quite unprofessional in his interactions with patients. His words toward his patients are judgmental and condescending. Although most of the staff are amazing at Hospitality, I will not be back because of this doctor. The atmosphere is nice, and (most of the time) the staff will treat you well. I do not recommend being under the care of Dr. Skylar Roman.

The only disappointing thing I can say is if you get the chance to see your doctor, he acts like he ain't got time to spend with you That I don't like at all. I'm in here because he's got me here but other than that as far as the facility goes in the way you're treated in the way they take care of you. They do it. Excellent job. I can't say enough good things about them the places clean everything is nice.

The physical therapists and the techs and nurses are all doing such an incredible job and have stayed on top of not only every patient's physical needs, but their mental and emotional states as well. My care alone has not only been impeccable and all my needs met before I could even voice them, but they have managed to make me laugh and be so much more positive than my last physical therapy experience in Palestine tx. I am so beyond happy with the care and the level of humanity and professionalism I am met with daily. Not only do I recommend this facility and it's care givers to anyone and everyone I know, I will also advocate for these people and the Dr's and everyone that works here. I have never felt so listened to and understood. You are not just valued, you are seen and heard and given your humanity back from a world that would much rather see you as a number and another insurance write off or someone who is crazy. Please if you ever find yourself in need of physical therapy, please make every effort you can to become not only a patient, but a valued human given the chance to regain their full quality of life and full potential!

Instead of going to the ER where I would've sat forever in a cold room and wasted half my day just to be seen, my husband convinced me to give this place a try. I will never brush off his advice again! (Ok, that's a little bit of a lie!) But I am so happy I listened to him because Rapid Recovery was AMAZING!! The ambiance was so peaceful, the choices of treatments were perfect for whatever ails you, the rooms came complete with comfy couches, pillows, heated blankets, tv, snacks, beverages...it was like going to a spa. The staff was so pleasant and helpful and did everything they could to ensure my comfort. They carefully considered my needs and assisted me in choosing the best treatment option for my condition. It only took about an hour to complete my hydration treatment and I was actually sad when it was over! By the time I left, I was relaxed, well hydrated and feeling so much better. I give this place five stars and would give them more if it were an option! I can't wait to go again! A++++
