Purchased a Resound for right ear and received letter warranty was going to expire and when I called to get in, they could not get me in before it expired! This is totally unacceptable for a business that should be accommodating and caring for patients. I will take my business elsewhere and would suggest you do the same! I had a hearing aid purchased years ago from another company, and it required a specific connection device the folks here didn't have. So what they did was ordered the device and when it arrived, not only fixed issues with my hearing aid, but enhanced it with their top notch Real Ear Speech Mapping system, which is one of (if not the) best in the industry.
