Took my wife's bike to ER Bicycle to have a basic tune up. This became more involved than anticipated requiring replacement of the front derailleur....cool. The work was completed to our satisfaction but...but...her Arizona stem cap had been replaced with a basic black cover in the process. We contacted the store and spoke with the mgr/owner who stated the front stem wasn't touched and insisted his mechanic was a trustworthy person. That's all well and good but doesn't change the fact that while in their custody a sentimental part of her bike mysteriously disappeared. We won't be back.

They fix my bike tires and brakes. They were amazing. Will purchase a bike there as a back up

Very knowledgable and helpful staff with a huge line of inventory. Worth the drive from neighboring county.

On time. On budget. Fast friendly service. Special attention on safely repairing a vintage bicycle. A great outcome.

On several occasions Garth and his crew have gone well out of their way to make sure that my bike was race ready.

True, this isn't the most aesthetically pleasing bike shop in the world. The owner, Joe, is set in…read morehis ways and if you can't deal with it, then move on down the road. But if you're like me and you DON'T own a $1,400 Specialized high-end-wannabe-Lance-Armstrong-Tour-De-France bike, this is a great place for you. I highly recommend this place for anyone who bought a bike off Craigslist and just needs a normal tune up without the added bicycle-guy pretension. Bring cash as Joe doesn't take credit cards. And be mindful of the very adorable storage policy - you will get charged $1 per day if you don't pick up your bike after three days of when it is ready. He does have some pretty sweet vintage Schwinns in great condition for about $150. I did take off one star because as soon as I test rode my bike, something fell off of it. BUT, Joe did get it back on in less than an hour at no charge. So...maybe just a heads up to take it for a spin down the block before you are on your merry way.

The shop is crammed to the gills true and you can't walk through it due to this but it didn't even matter. The owner of this shop is the real deal he told me the entire history including options available on my 78 schwinn metrocycle and even gave me a shift cover for free. I will certainly go back. I can not stress the knowledge and courtesy of this owner enough.

No better place to open an e-bike shop in downtown Chattanooga near the bridge making it the ideal place to rent a bike to enjoy the day, or the evening. The purpose for my writing today, though, is specifically to relate to others about my experience. I heard about this place from a third party. They were having a Grand Opening event and after work, I decided to go check it. My goal was to gather information to educate myself more on e-bikes with the intent on owning one some day. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by Adam & since it was the Grand Opening, his family was there as well supporting him. After talking with Adam and later being offered to test ride the bikes around the park, I will say I was not expecting I would get the opportunity to ride and feel what a top tier e-bike is. Despite riding in the cold winds, the bikes felt great, smooth riding. Chattanooga definitely has amazing bike paths to enjoy. Once the weather gets warmer, I will definitely return and do a day rental. The rates [both hour & day] are very affordable. I appreciated that Adam took the time to answer all the questions I had and that I got to test ride the bikes. When it comes to warmer weather days, I can see this business booming. I will definitely be returning as mentioned and I definitely recommend this bike shop to all. Even if you're curious & may not intend to purchase or rent a bike, stop by and learn a little bit about the bikes. You might even get the opportunity to ride one of the bikes.

I called ahead and booked a Saturday appointment, and from the get-go, Steven was awesome. Super knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and just had that vibe like he genuinely enjoys what he does. By Monday, I got a call with the repair estimate--accurate to almost the dollar--and the bike was ready exactly when they said it would be. We've never actually met Steven in person, but you can tell when someone takes pride in their work. That definitely came through. We've been brand-loyal to Trek for a while now and have never been disappointed. On the rare occasion something wasn't quite right, it was always handled without hesitation--no hoops, no drama. We originally bought our bikes in Arizona and were looking for a go-to service shop in this area. The Chattanooga location checks all the boxes: great service, solid people, and it's in a cute part of town with plenty to do--makes turning a bike tune-up into a fun day trip. Highly recommend if you're a Trek fan or just want knowledgeable, no-BS service. Worth the drive!

Well, my wife and I walked in and a Project One Domane caught my eye. Jeremy, the store manager, and I talked for about 30-40 months minutes before he geared me up and I took it for a ride. When I came back I made an offer on the bike and then my wife and I went to lunch and returned an hour later. We agreed that I would spend a bunch of money and in return get some level of discount on just about everything I was going to purchase. I found them easy to work with, reasonable throughout the process, and helpful with getting the bike set up and fitted. Whenever I'm in Chattanooga I pop in to say hello and have also purchased gear from their affiliated Atlanta Cycling stores.
