I learned how to do everything to my bikes; then cars and anything else I could fix or build. At 55; still love to do things myself, but I can't do everything and I hate taking my cars to dealerships. Next best thing is to find a good independent mechanic. Luckily I happened to find CLTMobile online! I actually invested in a mobile brake repair business about 3 years ago but have often thought how great a full service mobile mechanic would be! I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. I love seeing the younger generation building a great and much needed business like this in Charlotte.

Living in Marvin, I'm used to getting ripped off by the brand name tire stores lining the Waxhaw Marvin / Providence Rd route. Most of them can't even road force balance tires, but Black's can. For brakes on my Nissan Titan, they offered the NAPA silentguard and installed them for $209 out the door. Every other tire shop closer to me wants $450+ for the same job, telling you how much they are marking up their labor. Hell, even the dealer was going to charge me $329, and I was shocked that it was less than the other shops but at least there, I expect the Dealer to rip me off. If you live in Waxhaw/Marvin and need tires and service for your vehicle, I am telling you to drive the extra 20 minutes and get down to Monroe and see these guys. They are nice, honest, and really quality work. Also have a well equipped waiting room with WIFI so it's easy to work while I get my car serviced. Thanks team - you guys are the best local pros!

The most wonderful experience for me was watching how Mavis-Monroe and Bosses maneuvered with contractors, with employees, and with each other, respectfully, professionally, and courteously, although, Firm with decisions. as for the Local employees, when they showed up "BIG", Karl, Keenan, (the young man w/ the red hair, each and every one of you ( even those whose names I didn't mention), Applauds to you ALL, you move like a well-oiled machine, your teamwork on every car. the respect shown for individual expertise it was all evident as I cleaned your brand-new facility, it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of your Grand Opening. At no point did the manager de-escalate or show concern for customer safety or respect. Accusing a customer of racism without facts and behaving aggressively is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location due to poor customer service and unprofessional conduct!
