    I received flowers for Valentine's Day which were the full of love bouquet. They were the deluxe version and they look astonishing different from photos. The bouquet was underwhelming and I wouldn't recommend buying flowers from here.

    I really try to support local businesses, but I am so upset with this establishment and the way I was left on hold for 13 minutes. I should've read the reviews before choosing them because the same thing happened to me as someone else. Just wanted to send my mom some Thanksgiving cheer since even though we are a mile apart we aren't eating together. Its my mom so I always choose the deluxe or middle value flowers. With tax and delivery it came to $94 I would have spent a $1000 so its not the money. BUT, what she got and what I ordered was vastly different. I'm talking about the size and amount of flowers. Mom was happy and surprised but when she sent me the picture I was very disappointed. I called and NICELY explained although mom did get her flowers, I ordered deluxe and what she got was nothing like what was on the website. I even said my aunt used to have a shop so I know sometimes flower substitutions need to be made. The lady said let me go get your invoice and put me on hold. And I waited. and waited. Finally after 13 minutes I hung up. Called back no answer, not even to voicemail. Called back from a different phone still the same thing. I never said I wanted a refund or anything to deserve such poor service. They should have my phone number on file to call me back if they got too busy and forgot about me on the phone, I would have understood that. This will be the last time I ever order anything from them! I've gotten better arrangements at Safeway.

    I ordered a premium sympathy arrangement and it was delivered almost 2 full days late. Within 12 hours of delivery, this is what they look like. See pictures. Half the flowers are dead. Paying over $140 for dead flowers that are supposed to cheer up friend going through a loss of a parent is an acceptable. I spoke with Lorena 2 times yesterday and she said her driver tried to deliver and wasn't able to. Since when can you not leave flowers at a front door? Not to mention, I left specific instructions where to leave flowers if the person wasn't home. This order was not cheap but the service was less than stellar. We are very unhappy and embarrassed that my friend's flowers delivered died overnight. You need to rectify this. Either refund my money or make a comparable new arrangement and send to my friend ASAP.

    Do not buy Valentine flowers from this company. They are scammers. My daughter spent $75 for an arrangement that was supposed to be in a special vase. Instead, the clear vase was lined with a piece of paper. The arrangement that I received also looked nothing like the photos and it was filled with really inexpensive flowers such as carnations. A complete and total rip off. I tried for a few months to reach someone by phone and they never picked up. We wanted credit or our money back and there was absolutely no way to get a hold of them.

    Unreliable & unacceptable service! I ordered a custom Lei to symbolize the African flag for my son's high school graduation. The prepaid order was placed a FULL week in advance and the specifications were clearly communicated. The florist advised that green & yellow orchids w/ black & red ribbon would be an excellent representation of the African flag. The Lei was not ready for pick up when I arrived, and it was not assembled as discussed the week prior. No one bothered to call me to express any difficulty w/ fulfilling the order, instead I received a poorly assembled Lei & a multitude of excuses about the mishap. This entire ordeal caused me to miss the opening ceremony of my son graduation. The $30 refund and a bouquet of wilted flowers are not enough to make me patronize this florist ever again.

    THEY RUINED The SURPRISE, flower arrangement was order early morning was asked what time would work for delivery, said 11 am Got home a round 4:30 was not delivered, i ruined the surprise by asking if the person i bought arrangement for if she received the flowers ,had to call flower shop and see what happened, it seemed as if they forgotten, arrangement was delivered at 6 pm Lastly Arrangement that was purchased was premium which includes in the picture about a 12 of roses along with other flowers there where about 8 roses on the one that got delivered not what Was paid for.

    ***updated review post stalker*** Hopefully my first review remains so that the Yelp community is aware of what happens when you give more than 4 stars to this business, yet warn potential customers of BAD and potentially illegal business practices on Monday's and Tuesday's. As per my original review I mentioned a gal named Rosa, wanted my money cash, no receipt etc. I mentioned how I went in the following day and was pleasantly helped by LORENA the OWNER etc.. fast forward to now .. As many of us do not have time to spend wasting checking every social media comment we leave nor app we have, I too failed to check my Yelp app for many many many months. Once I did however, I was entertained, amused and for a second the thought of a stalker crossed my mind. I had not one but 2 "Yelp compliments" waiting to be approved (see new picture shared) Such approvals looked anxiously awaiting my "ok" to be included on this thread. Sadly for the author, I was unaware of her existence. ( Excuse my pronoun usage as I am assuming, that I am using the correct one-solely based on the authors own words on previous other reviews etc) As any logical person perhaps would do, prior to my long awaited approval, I felt the need to vet such author. What I came to realize is that I either had a stalker, a Yelp member with too much time on their hand perhaps, or perhaps 'Rosa' from my first experience at this business was reaching out for some TLC, or all three. Smh. Yet the Yelp reviewer claimed to be named Delia R. Perhaps the 'R' is in fact for Rosa? (something tells me that too will be clear soon) if this is in fact the case how is it possible for a "business owner " such as Delia R. Give her own business 5 stars, (check pictures) and berate many other businesses solely on what seem to be some sort of narcissistic Tantrums? This is where Yelp Admin needs to step in. So as I have read many reviews, and made many decisions based on such reviews etc, I feel it best and necessary to keep y'all well informed. Use such information as you best see fit. However my original review and recommendation on this business is to work solely with LORENA as her designs and customer service are the best and to avoid the days mentioned. Should you walk in and encounter any employee /owner suffering from RBF syndrome, I'd suggest it's best to come another day. And as for the Yelp reviewer that so desperately wanted my approval, all I have to say is that I hope this 'update' fulfills that cry for attention. Y'all have an awesome week! And hey go buy some flowers, tomorrow isn't a Monday nor a Tuesday! Yelp Admin--

    my rating is minus zero and whomever is in charge of the rating system needs to change the rating system from zero to five!!!!!!!!!!!! only reason i'm leaving this review is because they had the fricken nerve to send me an email to order valentine flowers!!!! i never received a response from the company about the issue i had with my one & only order, worst florist company i have ever dealt with and not only did i unsubscribe from their mailing list i blocked their email address!!!!!

    I was in need of some flowers for my grandma's birthday party, and unable to find a nice potted plant I decided to just go with a bouquet instead. East Bay Flowers is on my way home, so I dropped in to see what they had. The very large cooler that spans one wall had a selection of flowers sold by the stem, as well as finished bouquets in either cellophane or vases. The selection of flowers overall is somewhat limited; irises, tulips, roses, carnations, daisies, and hydrangeas were available to buy by the stem, so I chose orange and red tulips, which were $10.99 a bouquet with the option of adding baby's breath and greens for an additional $3.00. The woman at the counter, who I believe is the owner, was very friendly and quickly created a beautiful arrangement. It came out to $27.29 for everything. Very pretty flowers, friendly service, and the recent paint job and new awnings make the place look great, and apparently new lighting around the building is coming, as well.

    Very disappointed of East Bay flowers.. I wanted to show my appreciation to a co-worker who recently lost her job due to COVID-19. I paid over $100. While I understand that the exact flowers will not be used, At least something close to the size. By the way I did go premium, but got basic!! Never again will I order from this place..

This time, they created a breathtaking bouquet for my amazing wife's birthday. The bouquet turned out exactly as I had envisioned -- incredibly tender, spring-like, full of light and love. Soft pastel tones of white, cream, blush pink, pale yellow, and warm peach, with lush peonies, ranunculus, tulips, hydrangeas, and delicate greenery.     Update: Upon leaving my original review, the shop reached…read moreout to me via Yelp asking for my phone number to call and make things right. At that point in time I made peace with their response to my review and told them that we could move on. I thought that I could lay the matter to rest and focus on my family during this sad time. Four weeks after my dad's passing, I was beginning to open up again to the world, when I went to my in-laws' home. My MIL had a letter addressed to me; even she was perplexed. It was from Starr. In a gross violation of my privacy, Starr wrote me a handwritten letter using my in-laws' address from their order. In her letter Starr claimed that she did not have my information due to me declining to share it and so she used my in-laws' payment information to find her way to me. Her letter was one full page, front and back, of defending herself and telling me stories of how she is a truly exemplary employee, even staying behind at the store extra late for another order. This letter did two things: 1) it reopened my wounds from feeling like I was unseen and unheard in one of my truest moments of vulnerability and 2) showed me that she still had no awareness of the pain she had caused since she did not apologize and instead told me stories of how she treated other people better than me. I then reached back out to the manager via Yelp to ask for a phone number and good time to talk to discuss something. They told me to just call the store number and stopped responding when I asked for a good time to be sure to speak with the right person. I decided not to pursue the matter because, honestly, it hurt like hell having to deal with this on top of my grief. It has now been 3 months since my father passed, since this all started, and I tried to let it go, but I decided to write this update. Albeit delayed, I think people should know the way this matter was handled -- vindictively with self-interest and an outright disregard for the reason why people need their service in the first place. What an an absolute disgraceful display of professional conduct.

I am super satisfied and happy with her flowers, and she did an amazing job. I will return when I need to get custom flowers or highly recommend to anyone else needing floral arrangements for any events!
