Dr. Abraham Hsieh squeezed us in on a very busy Monday so he could confirm the diagnosis. I appreciate him doing this for us since my son was in a lot of pain and we weren't sure why. We have seen Dr. Hsieh a handful of times (both in Walnut Creek & San Ramon) with great results. He correctly diagnosed my son's parotid gland infection and was extremely gentle while performing an in-office needle biopsy. As for logistics, he is mostly punctual, returns phone calls in a timely manner and the staff is friendly/pleasant to work with. Furthermore, Dr. Hsieh helped us get into radiology for a last minute CT scan in the same week. Highly recommend.
