We discussed a particular hearing aid make and model I was interested in and she gave me a reasonable and fair price. She did not try to pressure me and was very helpful, friendly, and supportive. Last year sometime my Dad stopped wearing his hearing aid because it wasn't working anymore and according to the paperwork it was out of warranty. So for the past year, he's been pretty much deaf! I took my mother complaining to me about how he watches TV with the volume full blast for me to say, let's take the hearing aid back to where you got it and maybe they can fix it. That's what I did and was shocked when they didn't charge me to fix it! After a year of not hearing and pissing off my mother, pops can hear again. Few weeks later my Mom is complaining about the hearing aid making high pitch noises so we called the office and scheduled a visit. Toby was able to find the problem with the high pitch sounds, retest my dad's hearing, and make adjustments to his hearing aid for a very small routine check up fee! Long story short, Dr. Breitling ended up speaking with me for 15 minuets and explained why I was experience the issue I had and that I likely do not need a new brand of hearing aids. He was extremely helpful, well beyond the service I received with my previous audiologist and I should point out that he did all of this for free over the phone. He even asked about my insurance, which he unfortunately for me, is not in network for, but nonetheless, provided me with excellent advice. I can't imagine any other professional doing this.
