From there my history and questions were answered, followed by comprehensive hearing testing, and I truly appreciate having the tests explained as they were administered. Results of those tests were also clearly and specifically presented to me, along with the options I had going forward, Needless to say, I was impressed. This last Dec '17, he came to the conclusion that UCSF needed to do this next surgery since he said he felt more comfortable me seeing their top sinus doctor. My primary doctor was out of office so I spent several hours on the phone for almost seven days trying to get a referral to another location. So just being able to call, get a quote, book an appointment at Dr. Wenokur's office, and be seen two days later even if I had to pay out of pocket was amazing. I was prescribed a nasal rinse which immediately relieved symptoms I'd had for months and when I was finally able to see an ENT through Kaiser, they agreed to keep me on it indefinitely. Overall, I had a great experience with Dr. Wenokur and his team.
