He was extremely helpful, well beyond the service I received with my previous audiologist and I should point out that he did all of this for free over the phone. He even asked about my insurance, which he unfortunately for me, is not in network for, but nonetheless, provided me with excellent advice. I can't imagine any other professional doing this.
