When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted warmly, and I doubt I waited more than a few minutes to be taken into the exam room. From there my history and questions were answered, followed by comprehensive hearing testing, and I truly appreciate having the tests explained as they were administered. Results of those tests were also clearly and specifically presented to me, along with the options I had going forward, Needless to say, I was impressed. I left hearing so much better than when I first arrived, and I will definitely be back when the need arises. The secretary was friendly and helpful, I particularly appreciated when I was asking here some technical questions about the type of material used in the molds ,the monitor manufacture was very specific in what they need,she didn't know and said so and then replied when she was sure so as not to waist my time. When I showed up for my appointment they were very friendly and helpful and I was out the door in 20min. I received my monitors a week ago and they fit perfect! If you need ANYTHING involving your hearing I strongly suggest going here. They really care about people and over profits. I would go to them again without a second hesitation.

He finally accepted the need, but then had a series of issues. When his last pair of ($7k!) hearing aids started to die (just out of warranty), he found a pair of hearing aids he was interested in called Oticon zeal, and found this audiologist with competitive pricing and incredible customer service. It's so refreshing to have my husband have so many positive things to say about his experience with both the hearing aids AND the audiologist. I had Starkey hearing aids that were replaced while under warranty in May 2024. I went for an…read moreannual hearing test in January of 2025 and there was additional loss in my left ear. My ENT suggested that Bi-Cross hearing aids might be appropriate After working with the PH office we went with Bi cross and I had the first follow up appointment on February 25, 2025 and between that time and April 29, 2025 I returned to the office at least Nine times trying to get the hearing aids to work. Then we went on vacation to Europe and during that time I found the hearing aids to be so ineffective that I stopped using them. I notified the office on my return , May 28, 2025 and they asked me to go back to the office and they performed some new measurements and I tried them for three weeks and I returned to the office and reported that these' ineffective hearing aids we're having a very negative impact on my intellectual ability so much so that I had stopped using them and gone back to my old hearing aids. I ask for a refund because while I had tried to be patient and cooperative they were not able to deliver a functional solution The first response was that it was past sixty days and they couldn't be returned but they would try to work out something with Starkey. To date no resolution or communication. Starkey's website states that it can take up to four months for the brain and the hearing aids to be effective. Any response would be appreciated

What you and Tony accomplished that day gave me back normal hearing without sounding like I'm in a tunnel. Her office is thoughtfully laid out, and her office staff are welcoming and friendly. There is plenty of natural light coming through the building and the atmosphere is more like a day spa than a doctor's office. From the moment you walk in, you feel that you are getting top-notch treatment and nobody makes you feel rushed at all. What truly sets this doctor apart from the rest is her willingness to go above and beyond for her patients. When my wife was going through a medical issue, Dr. Fiedler made herself available on a Saturday afternoon off-hours and drove in the pouring rain to open the office just to see her. She spent close to an hour with my wife, and thoroughly examined her, and sent her home with helpful advice and a detailed treatment plan. I can tell that she really loves what she does and it shows in everything she does. Scheduling appointments with her office staff is super easy and she has availability all across the board, making it easy to get in to see her. She even has appointments available on certain Saturdays! What PCP does that? Dr. Fiedler strongly feels that everyone deserves patient and empathetic care, but she probably has no idea just how rare a doctor like her is here in America. She makes you feel like you are getting the kind of personal medical treatment that only the top 0.00001% get because of their deep pockets. Dr. Fiedler is one of a kind, and I would strongly urge you to sign up with her as your PCP before her office is so full that she will not be able to accept new patients. I went out of my way to secure her with my insurance, and it was totally worth the battle. She will be my PCP for life, or for as long as I live in the Bay Area. I also do not mind the 40 minute drive to her office from where I live. I know she has some patients who travel even further than I do to see her. Her office staff seems to be nice however I had several incidents occur big red flags which made me question her practice. I tried to leave the office but they have a 60 day cancellation policy which means I was stuck with an incompetent doctor and pay my membership dues for the next 2 months. Fast forward 60 days and they're still trying to charge me for an additional 30 days. No response from the doctor. Money money money.. excuses after another. She cannot even get a simple blood work order in correctly. This woman is an awful excuse and shame for any person in medicine.
