For this special service "I can offer you a full 30-45 min" rather than a "13-minute visit" that "enables me to better understand your health condition" and "time to discuss the results of your examination and tests, and identify areas for improvement". My sister-in-law told me she could have chosen to let me spit in a container. It was for a covid test. She had the nerve to 'invite' another P.A. (a young man; I was not introduced to him by name, but both of them just stood there and witnessed me scream without showing any compassion...) I'm 75 years old... it appeared to me that they both enjoyed my screaming, seeing me suffer. Came out negative for Covid and flu. No solution, not even 'common sense' suggestions. Scheduled another appointment with another P.A., May 7th we met with Geneive, who gave us a prescription with Codeine. That worked, along with Robitussin, and we were able to overcome this horrible cold and fulfill our original plan to do a 7-day roadtrip to see close relatives we have not seen in years in Utah, California, Idaho and Oregon. 0 stars for Aubrey, 3 for Geneive.
