She assured me that she's set up her office to accommodate same-day appointments in urgent cases - love! They also do lab work in house. I met Dr Wilson just after I had some horrible experiences with a practice I had stayed with for over 17 years. I was very disappointed because this group was so highly recommended. I want to be fair. I realize doctors are jus human so I could have met Dr Wilson on a bad day. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving and I waited for, at least, 3 hours. The appt maybe lasted 10 minutes. For 17 years I would call and call...no portal...waited forever for a response. With this awesome triage...there are 2 very talented gals in this department...life is so much more efficient. I've just provided the most honest & valuable review you will ever see. Why? Because I feel so strongly that I am willing to wait whatever time it takes to get into Dr Allen. More patients. Harder to get in. However, it would be so unfair for me not to spread the word. I spent years and years looking for the right doctor for me. I settled for years and years with a doctor that was less than ideal. She preformed excision surgery on me and when I was still in pain she told me to get pregnant. She told me that multiple times completely disregarding the fact that I have already been pregnant and had a baby yet it didn't fix my endometriosis. Since then I have had to have 3 other surgeries for my endo. She is does not listen because she thinks she knows everything. She is absolutely clueless when it comes to endometriosis, it is way above her education and pay grade.

As it turns out, the offices were closed but he was there working on charts, and offered that we come in. I was astounded, we weren't even established patients with the practice and he was willing to take the time to see us last minute - we were told to come right in. The compassion and care he showed towards my nervous and uncomfortable young adult was beyond anything we have recently experienced. The situation was handled, he was thorough and knowledgeable.
