When I tried to call it was said "a supervisor removed you and they are not here right now" So if you you disagree with their practices and challenge the items that never took place, you are ghosted. You might ask.... was I rude? No, we never even had a conversation over the phone. Did you do something to them? Yes I challenged charges for items that never took place in the appointment. I never even received a Dr's report from that appointment. I'm guessing because the Dr didn't want to put in writing what never took place. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a place at all costs!

When in the follow-up visit, I was told my cholesterol numbers were high; I had to remind the doctor that this was due to me currently breastfeeding my daughter. The only job that had to be done was a simple chart review from one visit in order for the doctor to know that no follow-up was needed. Of course this "visit" was billed to my insurance for over $300 and I still had a copay to pay for a visit that was unnecessary. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
