Amazing price for their tasting experience! It usually ranges from $6-$8 for 7 samples of wines. Not too many food options here but you do get some crackers with your tastings. There is plenty of room inside to host parties/events and to come sit and hang out with friends. They also have outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Another plus is there is free parking! I love coming by during their $6 wine sales to restock my favorites. I really like their riesling, Kauffman 75, and cranberry jubilee. The $6 sale is three times a year so follow their socials to stay informed!

On Saturday, September 20th, I was walking in the neighborhood where I had initially been at the historic Lockerbie Square neighborhood at their neighborhood sale. Decided to walk to follow where the sound was coming from, I saw a sign on the sidewalk that shows wine slushies, and that right there got me in. At, that time I didn't realize it's Easley Winery until I started walking up some stairs. Easley Winery is Indianapolis only local winery in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The last time I was out at Easley Winery was back in 2018; and that's been way too long. I've passed by Easley Winery so many times, and would forget to come to the Winery. I made it to the Winery at 12:30pm. I went there solo, it wasn't crowded, an actual tasting room where people can sit down to enjoy the wines, talk, and laugh with their company if they have company. There are stairs entering the building, I personally didn't see a lower ramp, but it might be one there. Once, you're inside you'll notice the big Easley Winery sign, a lot of wine bottles, the Winery building is very historic, and during the Summer months Easley Winery does have their Summer wine concerts with local Musicians. You get 7 wines for $8.00 which is a great deal. Not, only does Easley Winery have a variety of wines, but they do offer different flavors of wine slushies. I'm glad I stumbled upon Easley Winery unintentional, and I'll definitely be back more often for sure.

Came here for their 7 taste flight for $8 Apparently, this wine is also available at Kroger for less But 7 tasting for $8, the actual quality of the wine was a 3 out of 5. But the overall experience was a 5 out of 5. They have happy hour specials during the week and slushi the place is good for a friend who doesn't want to drink as well. They didn't have a lot of alternatives for the mon drinker, but the space accommodating They have indoor & and outdoor seating The staff were nice

Menu for the wine flight. I loved the suggested pairings.

I'm not sure if it's because of the cold weather, but I was actually shocked that more patrons are not packed into this winery every weekend! The customer service was absolutely amazing. The selection of wine was immaculate; my friend & I enjoyed a wine tasting plus a bottle of wine AND I purchased two bottles for myself to go. I appreciated the details and explanation behind the flight, and loved the pairing options. Although they don't serve food you are more than welcome to bring food or order food for delivery. We shared a charcuterie board during our visit. I loved how the rooms were decorated with a holiday theme, and I appreciated they had multiple rooms to choose from. I can't wait to return.

Stopped in for their 6 for $6 sale, where they offer 6 wines for $6 per bottle. We started with a flight of the 6 wines, along with a bonus wine, being offered in the sale. We then chose the wines we wanted to buy. We couldn't leave without wine slushies! We tried all the flavors. It was suggested we mix the Margarita with the Reggae Red. We tried a sample and went with that as our slushie flavor of choice. It was so tasty. Visiting Easley is always a delight. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The wine is divine. There are also special events when the weather is nice.

If you know me, you know that I love wine! They really treated us well at Easley Winery in Indy. The staff were super friendly and they had great wine recommendations. The indoor area was nice and they had outdoor seating available as well for tastings. Must try!

I wish I would've visited sooner! This little winery is right downtown and still has parking and a pretty patio space. We each got a wine flight which was only $7 for 7 wines. They had 2 flight options, and we loved both! We also had a wine slushee which was perfect for the weather. The ladies at the front were super sweet and helpful. Definitely will be coming back for their live music!

I love finding places I've never been to before to try. They have a big parking lot to park in and a handicap accessible ramp. They have outdoor seating which is covid friendly. Easley Winery let's you try 7 wines for $5 and they have a vast selection to choose from. The bottles are fairly priced as well. Since they just opened back up they are not selling food yet. The staff was super helpful since it was our first time. They have a cool backdrop for photo ops. I was peaking around and they also have wine rooms where they record content, how cool. I can't wait to go back!

The service was great. The reggae wines were great. We loved the sweet variety. Ana very affordable and fun tasting option.

    Amber F.

If you haven't had chance to visit Easley Winery, I'm not sure what your waiting for. During these COVID times you can call in your order and they bring it to your car. I'm sweet girl so my favorite is the Kauffman brand. Easy to park, when the world opens up they have wine tastings. They have wheel chair ramp, and sitting for outside!!!

Confession: I'm not the biggest fan of Indiana wine. (This isn't actually a confession or a secret…read more I will gladly tell anyone who will listen that I don't like Indiana wine.) It's usually way too sweet for my palate, even the dry wine. But the wine I tasted at Urban Vines was really good! Could it be that I can no longer say that I don't like Indiana wine? If you like dry wine like I do, I suggest sticking to the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Those were the red wines that I chose for my wine flight, plus the Pinot Gris from the white wine section. These were all delicious and dry enough for me. (If we're really quibbling, they were still slightly sweeter than I like, but I realize Indiana wine can only go so dry.) Mostly, though, Urban Vines is ideal for people who like sweeter wines. The people who see "cotton candy" on the wine bottle and think, "Yes, this is what I want. I want my wine to taste like liquified sugar." That said, I did taste a sample of the Wine-A-Rita, which is a sweet wine infused with agave and lime, and served on ice. Whoo! That's a nice little sippin' drink. I could see killing a couple of glasses of that on a hot Indiana summer evening. I should also mention: The pours that they give you for the wine flights are generous! More than generous, actually. I am no wine lightweight, and I could feel the sweet and bitter fruits flowing nicely throughout my bloodstream by the time I took my last sip. Luckily, Urban Vines has food to offset all of the wine. I came for a pizza flight, but they weren't offering them when I visited, so I got the margherita pizza instead, which came with torn pieces of basil, marinated and roasted tomatoes, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. It was very tasty! They also offer things like boards (veggie boards, breadstick boards, cheese boards, meat boards), plus salads and desserts. They also offer brunch on the weekends. This is a pleasant little place to hang out and enjoy wine and food. It's also family-friendly -- they have a small playground that's near the patio seating, so you can relax and also watch your kids play. Urban Vines is a nice place to unwind with some wine and food, and just enjoy the day.

This one, however, rocketed to the top of our list among Hoosier wineries whose products we have tried. Not only was the wine a treat, the experience of the visit was also memorable. The facility was very nice, from the impressive external landscaping to the lovely wine shop/tasting bar to the relaxing garden-patio-themed dining area. We visited with the intention of just doing a tasting but ended up having a light lunch along with that tasting. We were glad that we did as the charcuterie board that we ordered was terrific with olives, naan, hummus, chips, cucumbers and more. It was enough to be shareable. But the highlight was still the wine. We also shared the flight as we did not want to overdo it. We tried the Peach Sangrini, Peach Pie, Lemon Moscato, Raspberry Espresso and Sweet Red Lime. All were good but I'd have to say that the standouts to me were the Lemon Moscato, which was refreshing and tasty, and the Sweet Red Lime which delivered what the name implied with a citrusy, lightly sweet flavor. The prices were not bad as I thought it was a good value for what we received. I would be remiss if I did not also note that the service was top-notch. Our server was efficient, attentive and knowledgeable. The greeter was also pleasant and welcoming. It is likewise noteworthy that we had our 8-month-old granddaughter with us, and it was greatly appreciated that they offered a family-friendly experience that accommodated her as well. Our daughter and son-in-law live in Indy, so this place is just an hour or so away. We'll look forward to the next time we can visit as there are several other varieties of wine that appear to be worth trying.
