The quote was based on nothing that I asked for - instead, they gave me a breakdown for a yearly estimate. Then when I asked for clarification (because I wanted a one-time clean from the start) I was met with confusion and aversion. I was told very limited information about hourly pricing (which changes during business hours) but they would not explain ANYTHING to me. I was told they no longer have availability for up to 3 weeks and that they don't have a daytime crew. None of this was told to me at the beginning or else I wouldn't have wasted my limited time trying to work with them.
