The buyer wouldn't accept the dirty house, and I had to pay the buyer $550. This on top of the $425 I had to pay the Cleaning Authority because they already had my credit card. The…read morecleaner was on time, spent 4 hours cleaning, then came to me saying that she would need another hour above the 5 hours we had requested, there was no way she could get done in 5 hours. I had to okay the extra hour, then she had to call her boss. I okayed it - but in the end she spent only 20 minutes over the 5 hours. I feel like we were totally taken. Not a great first impression. On top of that, not everything was cleaned, so I'm not sure what happened to the other 40 minutes that we okayed. No idea. Not really sure what the cleaner did for 5 hours, but certainly not worth $290 plus a tip. Never again.
