Your milage my vary, but I was pleased they were able to come on short notice, the very next day. They worked for a little over 3 hours and I'm satisfied with their work. Is the house now absolutely spotless? No. Was it good value for the cost? Yes, most definitely. They also gave me the option to look things over before they left and I did ask them to re-mop a spot that had been missed. (Some internet cables had been piled in a corner and made it hard to get to the cat hair under it. But all I had to do was point it out and the gals grabbed the mop and took care of it.)

The ladies of Roochi have been cleaning my home once per month for over a year and I can't say…read moreenough nice things about the company and their team. Although there are only two humans and two cats in my house, we sure do make a mess. I really appreciate how they clean up the grease/stains on the stovetop and wipe down the appliances in the kitchen. They also "get in there" with the vaccuum, which picks up way more than I can with my own. Pricing is really reasonable. For a team of two or three, it takes an hour or two to handle my upstairs (kitchen, primary bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom), it's just a little over $200 per visit, including tip. Also, booking via email or text is really simple. The response time is usually within the hour of your inquiry.

Yulie and Seydy, you ROCK!…read more I got a deep cleaning done because the summer heat had our apartment smelling like a cat shelter and I was over the headaches it was bringing. Cali was quick and responsive when it came to scheduling and patient with me as I was a mess scheduling due to starting a new job. She walked me through the process and let me know of all the rewards I could earn and the packages they offer. It was quick and easy. Yulie and Seydy got that cat smell out of my apartment so well. I walked in and it smelled just like it did when I first moved in. They were also so gracious with my cats. I kept them in our walk-in closet since they don't tolerate their crate and the two women let them out before they left so they weren't trapped while I was out. I'm so happy with my clean apartment and so excited since I got their year-long package to enjoy this clean apartment for the upcoming year. Thank you so much!

Came home to find the baseboards were not clean. They did not mop the upstairs bathroom Did not wipe the cupboards down. Didn't clean the front window. Just not very happy with the amount of money that she wanted to charge us. And her excuse was that they were training somebody new, well, they should have had the one that was training. Her go over and make sure that everything was done. Would not recommend .

I had hired Karol and Amelia for deep cleaning of 3 bedroom 2 bathroom after kitchen remodeling…read more Karol was so easy to communicate. They were able to come very last minute, on a holiday to accommodate my need. They did a great job, paid attention to details, and at spots that I was not completely happy with (due to there was still construction going on), they returned and retouched it until I was happy with the result. I wasn't planning to do regular maid service but it was such a pleasure working with Karol's touch, I think I'm going to work with them every month for cleaning. Here's why I think you should consider Karol over other maid service (I also worked with Alpine and Metro Maid, both did good cleaning job but I prefer Karol): 1. she's prompt with response via txt, not some email system, there's no middle man 2. she can come last minute, where Alpine often books 2 weeks out 3. she and Amelia came both time, there are consistencies of their work, and I dont need to work with too many different people 4. her price is very competitive, better quotes than Metro or Alpine 5. she shows that she genuinely care and she communicates very well, understand my need and is willing to work with me 10/10 love working with Karol. Her business deserves to thrive.

Franco's Home Cleaning Service is a phenomenal business. Franco's team has delivered, and I've been highly appreciative, and impressed, with Mary and team, Sol, helping me monthly since January, for the past 5 home cleanings, or so, and counting. Mary, my head house cleaner, listens attentively, and I can trust her to deliver high quality work, listening to my needs and preferences. I also recently hired Franco's Home Cleaning for exterior and interior window cleaning, and they did a better job than professional window washers, who used pressure washers! Mary and team, Sol, attentively cleaned all windows, by hand, even correcting the exterior window cleaning that was done last year, as well as dusting and cleaning the interior of the windows. The price was also extremely fair. I can't recommend Franco's Cleaning Service highly enough!
