I am so disappointed!! The kitchen table, kitchen counters, coffee table, and credenza all not wiped off. The bathroom shelves not wiped, nor anything on the shelf. The blinds and window seals not wiped. Top of the refrigerator or washer/dryer was not wiped. The oven was not cleaned. Light fixtures not dusted. I have a lot of photos attached after service was completed, and they are time and date stamped for of proof off this. The cleaner, Cassie M, was at my 744sq ft 2 bed 1 bath house for 6.5 hours. Im contacting the management team tomorrow when they open, this is unacceptable. EDIT: The owner is the most unprofessional person I've come across in my life. My boyfriend has cop equipment that I said not to clean or touch when I was specifically asked what not to touch, and that is the single time mentioned he is a cop. We've been using Clean Queen for three months and it's been great. They communicate very clearly, texting 3 days before your appointment as a reminder and again when they're about 30 minutes away from your house. They do an excellent job cleaning and add nice little touches like folding your toilet paper and kleenex into cool designs. I try to keep a pretty clean house but I'm always surprised by the difference after Clean Queen leaves. Everything is immaculate. They're also super friendly and unobtrusive. Clean Queen has been cleaning my home since March 2022. I'm completely satisfied with the service I receive. I prefer having the same person for my recurring service, and that has been Claire. Claire is always punctual, professional, thorough in her work, and friendly. Claire knows what I want done, and I never have to remind her what to do. I receive a text two days in advance of my service, and a text on the morning of my service telling me when Claire will arrive. My experience with Clean Queen was great from the beginning! Katie , (owner) has "teams" consisting of 2-3 people who worked diligently in my apartment to make it shine. This was no easy task because it hadn't been cleaned for some time. They dusted and then later they dusted again to"make sure they got it all!".I was shocked to see them Do things twice . They don't cut corners! Katie is honest, fun, and can answer all your questions. She also is a very hard worker. I am so glad I found Clean Queen! I am a senior on oxygen and can no longer do it myself. Katie and the team are the best thing that's happened to me in a long time. We used them for over a year. While service was sometimes hit and miss depending on the cleaners that came, over all we were happy and felt like we were with a company we could trust. After a price increase we were talked into going to an hourly rate. We were told hour house averaged 3.5 hours so went down to 3 hours to keep the cleaning in our price range. After a few cleaning with the hourly rate, we came home to a house that simply looked nearly exactly as we had left it, except for the kitchen when looked like it was quickly wiped down with a wet cloth. When we expressed our concerns we were simply told that some cleaners are faster than others. We understand that and would expect some differences from cleaning to cleaning with an hourly rate, but never expected to walk into a house that looked like it hadn't been cleaned and was as we left it. Had some type of ownership over the issue been taken, we probably would have continued with the company but instead were made to feel like it was our fault for agreeing to an hourly rate. Sad to have to leave but the last experience sadly broke our trust. We decided to switch companies due to the large discrepancies between the standard rate and the hourly rate, despite the half hour difference. I still would recommend them, just do not agree to an hourly rate. read more

I agree with Matt's review below - we worked with Clean Queen for several months and I would say that the service was hit or miss. Sometimes when our preferred cleaners were used, our house was perfectly clean with nice finishing details. Other times, the cleans were incomplete and the cleans lacked a finishing touch. They were always responsive to our concerns, but it seemed that these concerns were not consistently communicated so we would have to raise them multiple times - ultimately we just wanted cleaning that would be consistently good. We ultimately decided to cancel service when they sent a cleaner to our home that we had asked repeatedly not be sent into our home and this felt like a breach of privacy and confidence. read more

We've now had Clean Queens for 3/4 of a year. One thing they are great at is following up on any "misses" they might have made during their routine scheduled cleanings - helping to ensure their work. That being said, I rated it a 3 out of 5 stars because their work more recently has been much more inconsistent than when we first started. They admit to having retention issues and therefore we're getting a new face in our home almost each time they come by to clean - and even when we point out the areas that were missed, that communication is not being carried over to the next colleague...meaning we've had to follow up again and again with second cleanings. We have decided to cancel the service and are now looking for something with a bit more consistency. read more

I'm so happy I found Clean Queen!!! Katie and her crews are so GREAT and are really responsive to the customers' needs. Katie's teams will ask about focus areas, where or which part of the house you'd like them to start, or even if using the customers' own vacuum and equipment is preferred if allergies are a concern. Then, from time to time, Katie stops by during the cleaning to periodically inject a little quality control. My experience has been there is nothing or very little for Katie to find since her team does the job RIGHT the first time!! I'm especially impressed with Catt. Catt is so outgoing and easy to talk to. Catt gets along so well with my dog and treats him like her own - and that's really important to me!! Catt is clearly an experienced professional because there have been a couple of cleans where she brings a new employee with her to my cleaning. Since Katie is a stickler for quality it seems to me she wants to make sure the new crew members are trained correctly and that's why they're with Catt. Amazing! Super easy to get a quote then schedule. 2 working parents and a messy toddler means NO time to clean so Katie and her team are life savers! She uses products that are safe for the kiddo and dog, and it doesn't smell like cleaning products afterward, just fresh. So I am a single dad and recovering from an injury that leaves me with less than acceptable cleaning skills.
