The service man came out, looked at the pump & well and said " He didn't really know what the problem was but I should find out how deed the well was and get back to him ". A few weeks later I get a bill for $272.00 for travel. No mention was ever made about charges for travel or estimates.After a conversation with a lady in their office I told her I was never told about travel costs for an estimate. Her rude reply was " You never asked either ". I offered to pay half that amount to end this farce but still get a bill every month ( with late fees added ).This will most likely end up in small claims court ( me filing ). because i have excellent credit and would rather not ruin it.

Some of the younger people have been helpful. They are also outrageously priced. For twice as much as most other places you would at least think they would be helpful or even nice for that matter. The owner needs to come in and clean up the attitudes of the older folks or get rid of them before they run off all the customers. They obviously don't care about the people spending money there. I would highly recommend going anywhere else if possible. I would prefer to drive into Aberdeen for half the price and a better attitude. Don't shop there.

Anyway, I got everything I needed, including shingle roofing felt, shingles, galvanized nails, etc. at reasonable price. Been in here a few more times, and each time the customer svc has been great. I had a new RV toilet with me so I went to Grayland True Value. I told the guy my predicament. He grabbed the size I needed, went to my car and made sure it fit. Got a shark bite connection with a shutoff valve. Went and installed the toilet. Everything worked out great. Saved by Grayland True Values excellent customer service. The price was more than fair. No price gouging for sure ! Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. Next time I'll go straight there and skip Home Depot.

We've come here for everything from RV toilet paper to stone blocks to build a fire pit and anything in between.
