Don reviewed my previous purchase and said he would order another for us. That it would arrive in September of 2021. He would charge my credit card for half of the purchase price. The first week of September I phoned and spoke with two sales people. First call I was talking with the 4 story building sales. She directed me to the two story store. I phoned the two story store and spoke with a nice gal. She asked if I could provide the name of the sales person I spoke with and the date. I had that on my cork board and when I arrived home I phoned her back and shared the information. I called back and shared the date and the name of Don, she could not find anything in their records. I was not charged for half of the price on the order date of 4/10/21. She said she would have Don call me the next day. I waited two weeks then went online and ordered the Cat Napper Recliner and a Cat Napper Sofa. It is rather confusing that this was not taken care of. One would think that they want to do business, but apparently not.

There were 4 cars in line before me, so instead of blocking the entrance to the actual "Goodwill" store side I decided to pull in front. I let every car go first before me that had been there prior, and when it was my turn I got out to explain I had some things to donate (in the mean time as the cars that were there before me started leaving, new cars were pulling up in their spot). The woman working seemed very confused, and informed me that "I can't take your stuff, you need to turn around and go to the back if this line." Like I had not been parked there the entire time. She was extremely flustered and for the life of her couldn't understand why my car was in front. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE LADY! I guess this teaches me something though trying to donate things. There needs to be some serious training basic training, or atleast a competencey test I guess. I was simply not trying to block the sliding doors to the entrance of the actual shop area by pulling foward. I'll find somewhere else to donate my things, this place is a joke, if you want to donate something save yourself the headache and avoid.

She showed me a Samsung 55" that she said, "It is the latest and greatest"! I just put it on display a couple of days ago. This being the 6th month of 2018 I just figured she ment it was a 2018 or 2019 model. Wouldn't you? I was sold a 2017 discontinued model, unknowingly, until I went on line and researched the model number this 2017 model was being cleared out at Costco, Best Buy and Samsung for $600 less than Aaron's charged me. When I called and asked about a price match I got into a heated discussion with the Franchise Manager and he would do nothing!! A salesperson said, "Once it is delivered, sorry, IT's YOURS"! What a weird thing to say to a customer that just paid $2027 cash for a 2017 Samsung TV. Also, when the TV was delivered it cost $35 (never told there would be a charge). No invoice offered by the driver. NOTHING! This whole thing has been very upsetting. And no recourse or offer of customer service. From start to finish deceptive and unprofessional behavior! And try to reach Aaron Corporate....IMPOSSIABLE, especially if the store is a franchise store, and not Corporate owned. I am not giving up. I am a business women and KNOW what is right and this was not even close!! Save yourself the heartache and the headache. Nobody deserves to be treated and talked to like this! Shop elsewhere even if you must buy out of town. Cheers.
