I have stairs up into my backdoor that the warranty service has had to come out and repair. They addressed my repair problem by adding concrete in my stairs, and have offered several solutions for the future, so they don't have to continuously return and do more repairs. They're service is outstanding, they created a problem ticket and put me in touch with the warranty service team. The manager I have been working with has had direct contact with me since I reported the problem. He immediately scheduled a service team who came and repaired the stairs to make them safe. Finally they've recommended some final options to permanently fix my stairs. I suggest using System Pavers, as thier warranty work is the highest stars I can give. If I had worked with another contractor they would have forced me to pay for the repairs, and who knows what else. Again, System Pavers is a 5 to 10 star service. If you don't use them you could be paying for minor repairs that cost a fortune. I cannot thank this crew enough!!

From the salesman that quoted the job (Rob), the scheduler that was flexible and understanding, the project manager Mike who was always quick to respond to my inquiries, and of course to crew that came and did the job, the process was efficient, professional, and uppermost level of quality. The value is unmatched as well. Their price was extremely reasonable for the quality of work you get. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get pavers done. They are in a class of their own

    Colorado Asphalt Sealcoating

Do Not let these Hucksters come within a country mile of your asphalt driveway!…read more They have no right calling themselves an Asphalt Company. (This is a must read.) When the Colorado Asphalt Sealcoating estimator came to my house, he sold me on everything he was doing and made me feel like I had nothing to be concerned about. After the tear-out they showed up with cold, low grade asphalt. This asphalt is sub grade. It was like the batch plant was giving it away. While they were working by the garage door, they busted a brick on the house and came up with an excuse that it was the brick's fault. Next, they splashed tar all over the front of the garage door. Next, they left a rise in the grade of the asphalt in front of the garage door so water will never egress out of the garage. They also damaged the pine tree by the driveway with their equipment. I asked my brother,"Do not pay them till I get back and inspect their work." When they finished the job by their standards that day, one of the employees was badgering my brother to pay him or else(!). Like there was some undertone to his statements. I got back to the house well after they left with the check in hand, (Paid In Full,) I surveyed the work they did and it was reprehensible. I knew right off the bat, the driveway had to be entirely torn out. I called management and asked them to come out and look at the project. Finally, this guy and woman came out to inspect it. While both were getting out of their truck, you could see the look on their faces that they both knew it was a dumpster fire. They then said," we can just cut that out a couple of feet and start over." I literally felt my blood pressure jump. The grade was so bad they would have to take out more than half the driveway. Even after that, the driveway cosmetics would look like crap! This guy knew he and his crew Screwed Up Royally. I knew there was nothing I could do. These morons didn't care, they were full of excuses and the fixes they proposed were in vein. Then they sent me a check that was peanuts like $300.00 and change that would cover nothing! Wrote a two page letter saying nothing. Like I'm going to let these hooligans back on my land. I can truly say based on all my years working in the aggregate business this motley crew should be ashamed of themselves.

The work was not very good, I was trying to be reasonable as I do with all of my contractors. There were many flaws in a very large driveway that I feel could have been rectified. The company came out and did a very poor job of fixing the areas after I paid many thousands of dollars for what should have been a professional job. Now my driveway which I pointed out is falling apart. I also called to discuss and the owner Rick Eberts wife yelled at me and hung up. So nothing was fixed after all I paid. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. This is not a reputable company. There are many others that you can use. If you need more and pictures I will be happy to provide. Dave

I would not recommend Liftech based on my experience. The biggest concerns were the lack of proper…read moresubgrade preparation, the lack of transparency, and the difficulty getting clear, consistent answers throughout the process. I specifically chose and paid extra for high early cement because my goal was to regain access to my garage parking as soon as possible. I expected clear guidance on the product's performance and realistic timelines. Instead, I received conflicting information ranging from not being able to walk on the concrete for 48 hours to not being able to park on it for anywhere from 2-10 days. When I asked for clarification, the responses were vague. Liftech's production manager stated, "There are no specific specs for high early since it is mixed with concrete at the plant," and also said, "There is varying information because no concrete is created equally." I would expect concrete professionals and concrete plants to have more consistent information regarding the product being installed. Another major concern was the subgrade preparation. Liftech subcontracted the concrete work, and when the crew arrived, they did not even have a compactor onsite. I asked the workers if they planned to compact the subgrade, and based on their responses and actions, it did not appear that proper compaction was part of their plan until I contacted their Project Manager and requested that a compactor be brought to the site. A video documenting the work can be viewed here: https://youtu.be/YBubb-Wx-ac. In the video, it appears that only about 50% of the area was properly compacted, with some areas not compacted at all. The subbase also does not appear to have been watered down as part of the preparation process. The video speaks for itself regarding the preparation that was completed before the concrete was poured. For a project of this size and cost, I expected better communication, transparency, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience left me questioning both the workmanship and the information provided throughout the process.
