In 20+ yrs in construction management I've never seen carpets do this and indeed, after 3 visits by staff and inspectors, they honored the warranty (glue on back had failed) and replaced it at no charge. Atlas staff were calm and moved thru the process respectfully...and while it was a pain, at least all is safe now. Paul (the installer) and his team were perfectly professional and easy to work with. In the meantime, we elected to swap out the wall to wall in the master with a hardwood (on our dime) and are thrilled with that as well. Their installers are great and honest about their findings. In a world where customer service is all but gone - had to give a shout out to the Atlas Flooring Boulder team! Mike - kudos!

The company offers a great selection of products, including options that meet specific installation requirements. My sales representative, Anthony, was thorough, proactive, and professional throughout the entire process. Having previously worked in remodeling and contract work, I tend to ask a lot of questions and pay close attention to details. Anthony was knowledgeable, a great listener, and always willing to address my concerns. I chose Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), and Suzanne's Carpet & Tile carried exactly the brand, style, and appearance I was looking for. Just as importantly, the product met the performance specifications I needed for a high-traffic, moisture-resistant application. There was one minor issue during the installation, but the company addressed it promptly and provided the appropriate credit without hesitation. In my experience, some companies can be resistant when problems arise, but Suzanne's Carpet & Tile clearly prioritizes customer service and stands behind the quality of its products and workmanship. I highly recommend Suzanne's Carpet & Tile to anyone considering new flooring. In fact, I was so pleased with the experience that I'm already preparing for a second installation project with them.

The project manager CJ was frequently surprised by items in the quote and invoice, for example, we paid for stain for the new flooring install and he had forgotten entirely when they went to install and finish the floors. Additionally he quote and tried to charge us for more trim and a taller trim size than was used. Woodwise left the job completely unfinished, there were knots in the floor that weren't filled correctly and it took three weeks to get them to come back to finish it - meaning we could not put our furniture back for over a month. Additionally their finishing work was embarrassing. They put nearly a half inch of caulk in between quarter round and the wall because it was too short. This happened in multiple places around our kitchen, leaving us to fix work that looks like a "landlord special". We'll be very clear to our friends, neighbors and our workplace that this company should be avoided at all costs.

McDonald Carpet One does tile areas too and did our entry area in the 2018 phase with the kitchen floor and new upstairs carpet, 3 bedrooms, a hall and full flight of stairs. That construction had not been level enough for hardwood as the floor joists had to be laid over the very old beams. The tile manufacturer was sold out and redesigning the companion smaller tile so nothing was available to do the fireplace hearth, even if we could have paid for it at the time. Fast forward to this spring and now they did have a companion tile. I'll admit the color lot changed a bit but it is still quite acceptable and looks good with the hardware around the metal fire doors and the decor in the mantle.
