I absolutely love this particular dispensary. The fact that it's very convenient as far as it's location with ease to southside and the freeway and to get to the center of town. The prices are always great and the fact that both the south and location share a reward system. Ordered a specific brand (grassroots) because normally it is $90 and it was on sale for $45 went and picked it up the gentlemen behind the counter (seemed new) was polite but only showed me the front of the bag for review and then gave me a completely different brand that is $80 (zone). If I wanted the brand "zone" (which when googled says it is their in house brand ) I would have ordered that but I didn't. The person who was in line in front of me had the same problem with a wax they ordered and wound up also leaving with something they didn't want. I rarely come here anymore because of issues like this. I didn't appreciate the switch up at all and probably won't be back after this was just trying to see if things changed from my last issue there and I got my answer . She didn't know what she was talking about had no good recommendations and she couldn't even describe or understand what I was looking for. Her attitude was dry and uninterested in what I was looking for. Like if she was upset she was there. Like girl you work in customer service why are you here if you hate it? TF! I love this location! Ordering online or in person is always a breeze . They have a nicely paved, very spacious parking lot that is easy to get in and out of. Friendly but effective security out front, and always warm welcome right inside. Clean, secure bathrooms available for customers as well as ATM's for convenience. Every caregiver i have ever encountered here has been warm, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable about product and good with recommendations. Great place for recreational and medical marijuana. The people here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Sorry there's no more photos as they don't allow one to snap shots. Personally I come for the gummies (sugar free!) for sleeping. They work really good. My girlfriend comes for a generic hybrid to help increase her hunger. Just overall fabulous quality and service. After doing some light research on best dispensary options in the area, we landed here. Neither my husband or I are experts at this, although I have visited a couple of different dispensaries in other states over the last few years. As walk-in's we were directed a closed door where you walk through and they have a bunch of people behind a secure area and you walk up. No line, or anything like that (including in the online/preorder area). The guy was SUPER helpful. My husband needed something GOOD for insomnia (nothing else really works, including melatonin, natural zinc/calm, prescription meds) along with pain as he is coming off a full knee replacement. The guy literally went right to stuff he though we would need for these specific needs and was very knowledgeable and friendly. My hubs has had three solid nights of rest, which gives this place and their advice 5 stars in my world. Not that I have much to compare it to, but I thought the prices were solid. read more

Always an adventure when I go to Earth's Healing. This time I was denied entering the store because my ID was unscannable (old license). I was told my options of which was AZ Mobile ID. Exasperated I opened the app and tried the face scan...failed. Tried pin...lockout 15 minutes. So I regrouped, went home, figured out the app and went back. So with that ordeal out of the way I was directed to the pickup order line. My consultant this trip was Damien M.. Made sure my order was correct and we discussed a few strains. Their menu is huge, too big in my opinion because you can make a mistake when selecting a strain you've never tried before. Too many sub-quality buds as pitfalls to select. Good edibles and extracts. BAD Product Danger of cuts and bleeding I bought a 95% THC syringe for $60. When I pressed the plunger the glass syringe shattered cutting my hands to shreds and making a bloody mess. I called The shift manger, Rubin, at Earths Healing who told me that it was my fault and that I should have known that I needed to warm the THC before pushing the plunger. He offered me two five dollar coupons and refused to consider any issues with the product. There was not any information on the product or offered at the dispensary. So I decided to give Earth's Healing another shot. I heard the new building was open and that everything was great. I genuinely want it to be, since its the closest one to me, but no. They now have this "New Thing" where they have to scan your ID's twice. Once at the door and again at the window. Their security literally pulled out a phone from their back pocket and took a photo of my ID! I mean the optics of this is unreal! I don't know if that's the dispensary's phone or some weirdos. The lady in front of me was obviously concerned and she made it clear. They stated its to make sure that the ID's are real. I have a medical card, you know who I am. If you really want to make sure they are real, then do it at the window at one shot! Not by having Barney Fife pulling out a phone from his pants and taking a picture of it! For some things you want to play covid, but for others, you're like let this man touch every ID that comes through the door! I shouldn't have to feel like a criminal to buy at your place. Does anyone get carded twice at a bar, club or casino? None of these places tell a 40 year old man, his ID might be fake just to buy something legal, when he is obviously old enough to buy.
