I was looking for glasses and came across this divine location. As soon as I entered I was greeted with a hello. I was looking around and everything here is displayed so beautifully organized. Everything is labeled and provides you with some knowledge behind the item and what it is meant for. I was seeking something for protection since I just got my own apartment and I am living alone and want to ensure I am protected and safe in my own space. I was assisted by I believe the owner who is very knowledge. I ended up purchasing a bracelet some earrings and incenses. She gifted me a goodie bag that had palo santo and a black lava rock. I was on a time hunch but I will definitely be returning for any future needs. read more

I love this store and I come in often for all my spiritual necessities and i have to say that this place has never disappointed me, which is why it makes me so sad that I have to leave a review like this. The past 3 times I have gone in, the blonde girl working has not worn a mask once and rings people up/ helps people without one. It makes me incredibly uncomfortable with even buying anything from her, let alone having to watch her help customers that respectfully wear their mask inside when shopping. The irony is that there is a really sweet sign outside that positively reminds people to wear a mask out of respect for the employees. This isn't a courtesy issue, this is a state health and safety requirement that businesses have to abide by. It makes me concerned that this business is not taking the pandemic seriously. I would hope that the business owners are doing their part in keeping their customers & employees safe and that maybe they are unaware that there is an employee putting people at risk. Until then, i will have to refrain from shopping there until I know the employees are conscientious of the global pandemic that is very much going on around them. read more

Amazing shop! They have a large selection of crystals and have so many fossils! They also have their own line of crystal water bottles, which are way less in cost than other sites and stores by what I've seen. I bought an obsidian sphere and an Oracle deck. They can give you more information about the gemstones and crystals they have. Let me first say that I have never been to this particular location and it sounds like Ashish is awesome!!! I am writing this review for the shop in Idyllwild. My friends and I are here for the weekend and wandered into Earth's Elements. We frequent spiritual shops quite often; especially when we travel. My friend who I will call Ms Palo Santo purchased a very pretty pair of simple sunstone earrings. She was very happy with them and wore them out of the store. About 30 minutes later, we noticed that one of the stones had fallen off the post. We returned to the store and were told that all sales were final. After a bit of back-and-forth, the salesperson begrudgingly offered an even exchange. We left the store with nothing but a $26.99 charge for a pair of defective earrings. Apparently the salesperson was texting the owner, who we learned is named Luisa. After explaining the situation, even the owner, Luisa, would not budge on the return policy. Pretty disappointing for a spiritual shop being supported by tourists. Hey Luisa!!! You should revisit that return policy and maybe brush up on some customer service. By the way, me and all of my friends all work in retail. We would never treat our customers with such a lack of understanding or respect. read more
