Someone re commended I visit Rustic Home to do a custom table and I am so glad I did! Ash showed me what he could do and then said he could create whatever size, color and configuration that I needed. 4 weeks later I have these fabulously handmade ironwood coffee tables with matching die tables. The distressed natural wood, hand-carved doors, subtle turquoise accents, and rustic iron hardware give it so much character without making it feel overly ornate. It is also a very substantial piece with plenty of storage, while still looking elegant enough to become the focal point of the room. I especially love how the natural variations and imperfections in the wood give it an authentic, one-of-a-kind appearance rather than the mass-produced look you see in so much furniture today. Once we decorated around it, the whole room seemed to come together, and actually looks and feels bigger now! This fabulous piece has warmth, master artistry, and a meaningful timelessness about it. We have received many compliments on it, and we are delighted to share with them where we found it- "Rustic Home in San Marcos, it's an amazing experience, you need to go!". This centerpiece exceeded our expectations. Superb artistic craftsmanship, excellent storage, and truly unique character. Highly recommended!

In addition, Tala threw in extra accent pillows at no charge. We love Tala and we love our sofa! I stopped at the warehouse sale I happen to catch and the team was really eager to help me after discussing my wants and needs and budget. There was one set that I wasn't totally sold on so I left that day without anything, but I couldn't stop thinking about it so I went to the store the next day in the village and John was able to help set me up with order and payment and delivery all before the 4th of July! Delivery was smooth they showed up on time and were able to bring everything into the backyard and AJ went above and beyond and helping style to make our backyard cozy. They didn't have the side table that came with my set in stock at the time of delivery, but they let me choose another one and I picked up at the store at a later time. I didn't even think about using Skyler's because I assumed it would be out of my budget, but I'm really happy with my purchase and now our backyard is cozy and usable. I would consider shopping at Skyler's next time I need a new piece of furniture. I love that it's locally owned and the customer services above and beyond thank you AJ, John Skyler and Brent!

This gave a good idea of the quality of their furniture. I went in wanting one couch, got it ordered, left, and then changed my mind 2 hours later. I came back in that same day and Ray thoroughly accommodated me! It was the perfect service ! I got my couch delivered the very next morning and it has been effect ever since (2 months now)! The delivery was free and assembly fee is only 25$. I didn't pay for assembly as I'd like to think I'm a capable girl. Assembly was very easy ! The guys dropped it off in the middle of the room and I got to assembling. It took roughly 30-45 mins to complete all on my own! Folding down the box it came in was the hardest part..! Next time though, I'll pay for assembly as it's probably worth it for 2 big men to do it quicker for cheap :) I absolutely love the couch! It's the perfect comfort level and the color matches our living room. There were a few stray strings, but nothing a pair of scissors can't fix! I'm so happy with my purchase and that I want to buy the rest of our furniture from here!

It's a warehouse atmosphere with large furniture items that are not sellable at full price. Items are sold AS IS and there are multiples sales here and there. It's worth checking out and I love coming here when I am in the area. Customer service has been great in my opinion. If you're looking for a particularly pricey item is a good place to shop. The smaller kitchen items though aren't as much at a discount and frankly many of the smaller items are at regular price which is disappointing. Great for larger pricey pieces, not worth it for other kitchenware and home decor.

Initially planning to check out one store ended up being 2 separate stores with the same name. The smaller store had so many nice items. There were figurines, artwork, dishes, A LOT of various glassware and more. And the prices were also good. The larger store was huge. This is where they have bigger household items. SO many different couches, chairs, dining tables, decorative rugs, etc. What I loved about these stores is that they were organized, clean, and have quality products for a good price. There's not much interaction with the employees at these places. The only one was at the smaller store when I paid for a purchase. Overall, good places for unique home decor.
