(He had signed up for a 25.00 dollar plan) To me it seems that their employees need better training, they had a hard time understanding that we needed to cancel a deceased persons account, finally when I though that was taken care of I asked for a confirmation (to make sure this charge wouldn't continue happening) they said they couldn't provide one; that I would have to wait for an e-mail. I got the e mail about 5 hours later, but to my surprise the account number and service address listed was not the correct one!!! LOL!! They cancelled someone elses service!!! ??? I just got off customer service, this person actually helped, (I hope) said that persons service will be reisntated and the he would complete the process to cancel my dad's account. Honestly I wasn't expecting to spend so much time to take care of this.

My previous experience at a Verizon store near Cincinnati, OH was quite possibly one of the worst experiences I had dealt with (gave wrong phone, charged for insurance without permission, the list goes on...). Due to COVID, there's been a delivery delay and items in stock, so I decided to visit the store in hopes they'd have the phone in stock. First off, I'll say that the person I worked with with very friendly and helpful. The other two staff couldn't have cared I was in the store as they were glued to their devices. We went through the process of device upgrade discussion, etc. We made some changes as per my request. I found it frustrating that most of it took place on my phone...something I could have done it all at home.... I walked out with confidence. Sadly, I got home and reviewed my order email to find out that the they had set up my device repayment for the incorrect months. I had to contact their Verizon customer support, and as anyone knows, it's like talking to an inanimate object - helpless and gets you nowhere. I then was able to get in contact with a chat customer support. They told me that they had to cancel my order and restart. Not a problem. Thought things were good to go. Now, I just logged into my account and noticed that they doubled my monthly charges for my phone plan. It's been a nightmare, to say the least.

When I arrived, two sales associates were helping other customers, so I understood there would be a wait. I was happy to be patient. What was frustrating was that during those 45 minutes, multiple employees came out from the back room, looked directly at me, and then walked away without saying a single word. No one greeted me, checked me in, let me know there would be a wait, or even said, "We'll be with you shortly." After waiting that long without any communication or acknowledgment, I finally gave up and left. A simple greeting and a quick update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Verizon store. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to at least be acknowledged when they walk through the door.

She's not quite ready for a cell phone and I thought this was a good alternative. The shop is clearly very new as they didn't yet have the store fully stocked with tons if accessories of devices yet. However, i was immediately greeted with a smiling staff when I walked in. The team member who assisted me was super helpful and helped me stay within my budget on a new phone and plan. He was great at explaining everything and getting me switched over right there in the store. He also helped me set up my daughter's watch and the coordinating app for it on my phone. Prior to coming to this location I had first visited the Beech Grove location and lets just say the staff member there acted like he had better things to do then answer my questions about switching carriers. It was almost as if he didn't care if i switched to Verizon or not. He basically sat on his own phone as he spoke to me. Super unprofessional. Anyway I would highly recommend this location for any of your Verizon needs! Happy new Verizon customer here - not to mention my monthly bill with brand new phone and gizmo watch service is $10 cheaper now than I was paying at tmobile.

I literally spent 2 hours in the store deciding between models and sizes and phone covers, etc. I can't express enough how patient and understanding he was with my indecisiveness! It was really refreshing to not feel pressured into making a quick decision and he made sure I got the best deal available. The store itself is very open, spacious and clean. They have hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes available throughout the store, and the staff was all wearing masks. It was a very positive experience for something I usually dread and put off doing!

Because I had a government account for my phone, there wasn't anything they could do without approval. They knew I was leaving on vacation the next day so they worked tirelessly to find someone to approve my account. After several tries they were able to find someone. Unfortunately my problem ended up being with my phone (hardware) but they truly tried all they could. Excellent service by great people!

But these guys went above and beyond last week to help me! I large tree limb came down on an ATT line in my yard. After spending most of one day trying to find a local ATT office that could get this limb off the sagging phone line in my driveway, I called LifeGrid to see if they run on ATT lines and maybe had a local number. Not only did they have contact with a local office, they set up the removal of the limb! It's not often a company goes out of their way to help a customer . . . this little company is amazing.

The service through Broadway Broadband is not very reliable lately. I have been without service…read moresince the wee hours of the morning on Saturday June 14th. That is just over 5 days and counting. They are still not able to tell me when my service will be restored. The reason they give me has changed again this morning. Due to the location of my home I can't just go out and find another provider. I'm so frustrated!
