It took several hours to complete all of this, primarily because Verizon took some time to let us go. His lunch was delivered, and he refused to stop to eat it, although we wanted him to. By the time we were done, he was left with an inedible lunch, but we were all thrilled, including Mike. What a great guy.. The manager was dealing with a customer situation that had taken hours and was clearly stressed but still made sure we were taken care of. Dakota helped us to port my number over from Verizon to T-Mobile and gave me all the information I needed. The whole process took some time but she made it easy and comfortable and when I walked out to the car, I immediately received a call on my new service. Moe was also a joyful presence in the store. I'm sorry but this is a real shame that someone would take advantage of an older man that doesn't understand technology. I went in and returned everything and she wouldn't refund the activation fee. I also told her to cancel that protection plan and she didn't so now I'm on the phone with customer care. I told her during that time to call her manager and she did and no answer.
