Service is usually OK at any AT&T store but unlike the old days where chatting with the employees was always guaranteed because they made you feel like family, it's more like a transactional based experience now. No longer can you get your phone fixed in store and no longer can the store employees handle all issues with service, contracts, etc. so store employees may end up making a call to the 800 number for help. I do not particularly care to have my name displayed on a big TV screen or called out like I am at an auction and wish AT&T would take page out of other companies playbook where you are alerted on your phone that it is your turn to get service. The stores are usually short staffed or understaffed so expect a wait unless you are the first customer of the day.

My husband and I were dealing with a laundry list of things and the Apple Store at Keystone directed us to this location so we could set up the non-phone devices on our billing plan instead of paying cash upfront. Walking in, it looks like a typical Verizon location with a handful of displays and some seating. I had googled them so I knew this was a franchise location and not a corporate location but I trusted the Apple staff - I am so glad that I did! The first time we were there, we sat down with Harold who was friendly and energetic. He got us all the information we needed and helped us start the process. My husband's watch had to be ordered and my phone was toast. Harold handled all of it with humor and professionalism. He got us set up with new devices and gave to me a fair window of time to get the corrupted files off my old phone to avoid transferring them and continuing the cycle of damage. When my husband's watch was delivered, we returned with the files deleted and sat down with Jon who is a delightful and personable man with unending knowledge about the devices and the services. Somewhere along the way, I had messed up and skipped a step with completely remiving the corrupted files and he expertly guided me through what I could and could not do to achieve the best possible outcome. His confident demeanor was incredibly calming. Through conversation, he ended up sending us out the door with even more hardware. Unfortunately the transfer process from my old phone to my new phone clocked in at four hours - one hour past closing time. He provided to us multiple options so that while we were welcome to do so, we didn't have to hang out in the store. We opted to go to dinner and check back in. When we returned a couple of hours later, there were still hours to go so we chatted with Alex (delightful and helpful) and Luther (they are both store closers) who suggested we take both phones, continue the transfer process at home, and bring the old phone back the next day. Perfect! We returned the following day and finally sat down with Luther to finish the trade in process. In keeping with the vibe of the store, he was upbeat and amiable. He quickly processed the return and had us on our way. So four associates, two iPhones, two iPads, two Apple Watches, one home internet box, and a ton of laughs later, this is our new go-to for everything Verizon related. Definitely recommend.

My previous experience at a Verizon store near Cincinnati, OH was quite possibly one of the worst experiences I had dealt with (gave wrong phone, charged for insurance without permission, the list goes on...). Due to COVID, there's been a delivery delay and items in stock, so I decided to visit the store in hopes they'd have the phone in stock. First off, I'll say that the person I worked with with very friendly and helpful. The other two staff couldn't have cared I was in the store as they were glued to their devices. We went through the process of device upgrade discussion, etc. We made some changes as per my request. I found it frustrating that most of it took place on my phone...something I could have done it all at home.... I walked out with confidence. Sadly, I got home and reviewed my order email to find out that the they had set up my device repayment for the incorrect months. I had to contact their Verizon customer support, and as anyone knows, it's like talking to an inanimate object - helpless and gets you nowhere. I then was able to get in contact with a chat customer support. They told me that they had to cancel my order and restart. Not a problem. Thought things were good to go. Now, I just logged into my account and noticed that they doubled my monthly charges for my phone plan. It's been a nightmare, to say the least.

When I arrived, two sales associates were helping other customers, so I understood there would be a wait. I was happy to be patient. What was frustrating was that during those 45 minutes, multiple employees came out from the back room, looked directly at me, and then walked away without saying a single word. No one greeted me, checked me in, let me know there would be a wait, or even said, "We'll be with you shortly." After waiting that long without any communication or acknowledgment, I finally gave up and left. A simple greeting and a quick update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Verizon store. I hope management addresses this because customers deserve to at least be acknowledged when they walk through the door.

I had bought wall cube because I noticed my phone had been charging slow which the guy explained to me what the issue was and recommended for me to buy a cube in order to assist with that issue.
