I had had a couple of watches that needed batteries replaced, One whose wristband needed fixing, One whose movement needed fixing, and another that needed resizing, and I had been letting them sit for almost a year, untouched. Then I noticed this place next to the laundromat that I wash my big comforters at. I totally expected getting all of these watches dealt serviced would cost me a few hundred dollars, and here it cost less than $50 for all the battery and strap work, and the more complex repairs were less than $50 apiece. And it was all done within just a few days. It's actually been a few weeks since I had this done, and I'm very satisfied with this place and their work so far. And, it's right around the corner! Some of the residents came and helped us unload the truck and they were so happy to have us there that they offered to give us a tour (unfortunately, due to our double parking, we had to decline). I've been patronizing this business for three years, and they've never lost or damaged anything. I've since taken three chains there and the prices are inconsistent, they charge whatever they feel like that day. Sometimes you can also see where they welded/fused the chain link back. Henry's is fine for silver and costume jewelry. Take your expensive, valuable or sentimental jewelry else where.

Everything worked well until that following day when nobody could hear my calls and my screen started to fill up with green, and that's when I realized that my phone somehow got water inside of it, and as it had only been to the store the previous day, it became abundantly clear that the water had come from the repair. I had to get a new phone and they refused to refund me, instead saying that it was probably our fault. Never coming back, strongly advise others not to as well.
