Dania was so nice and information friendly. She let me have samples which I was totally happy with, and I was definitely able to purchase more items because of this. Eating the caviar alone will always be my fave, but the sides are a nice touch! Our host (whose name I forget, sorry) was amazing! She knew so much about the caviar, explained everything, and she explained info about the different champagnes to my friends too. The tasting started with bumps of each caviar and tastings of the champagnes with the caviar types. Then we got to eat and drink as we wanted. It wasn't bad and we finished it, but would pass next time. The octopus salad with olives was on par with the kampachi, delicious. The big miss was the duck breast. Two slender strips of a lovely Liberty duck breast with the tough skin largely unrendered, cooked well past medium rare, over tasty coarse polenta with a heavily reduced sauce with wild mushrooms.
