The owners were carry over employees from Airstream of Oklahoma when Airstream of OK and Camping World merged. They were invaluable assets at Camping World and the only reason I drove from Tulsa to OKC to have my Airstreams serviced by them. They had the ability to prioritize Airstream service requests over other RV's, so this was huge for me to get faster service than the standard 2+ weeks quoted by the service dept of CW. I have CW a chance to service my Airstream once they had left, but that service dept is a shell of itself once the Airstream team left, and I will never step foot in a CW again. I'm so glad they made this move. Kristin and Charlie know their Airstreams and all other makes and models too. But Airstream is their thing. You can tell this is where their passion is. Everything they undertake is done with the utmost professionalism and care. They can get you out and back on the road and enjoying your rig faster than anyone else out there and worth it for me to drive 100 miles one way to have mine serviced by them. I highly recommend. Our first camping trip in the airstream since completed installation and we are 4 days in taking in condensation water down the outsides and inside skin of the walls and very steadily draining from the belly of our airstream. One man was sitting typing on his cell never looking up. Several men were hovered over a computer screen and never acknowledged her. She left mad and tried calling and calling first asking for the SM then finally the GM. Apparently their calls go through an out of state switchboard. Constant disconnects. Finally she told the man who kept answering screening the calls why she was mad. Bam! The sales manager called.. oh they were having AT+T phone problems odd no service trucks! The man on cell at first was the man that made the appt LOL then midway through the call no it was a customer using his cell completing a credit app! LOL with all the computers around he was using his unsecure phone? ..... then the man who setup the appt texted to she is she was coming... No, she had been there and not a soul said hello. It was a ghost town. Empty parking lot but 3 customers filling out credit reports on their cells... Previously I had gone to look the salesperson wanted me to trade in my car without knowing even what it was! Nope! Not going back!

    We're in Edmond, OK on I-35 when the dashboard goes crazy with alarms and red lights - engine hot,…read morestop engine! We were approaching an exit and we pulled off the highway to the safest nearby place we could find. My husband found a serpentine belt that drives the engine cooling water pump and fan had failed. Hoping it could be repaired without being towed we first called a diesel repair shop. Unable to help us he said he would call a buddy who could fix it where we were. Isaac called immediately and came out to assess the situation. Although it took most of the day to find the belt (finally located in Tulsa, 109 miles away) he and his partner replaced the belt and within an hour we were on our way. I highly recommend 405 RV Pros if you need diesel assistance in the Edmond, OK area! We are traveling in a 38' Newmar DP.

    I wanted to share my experience with 405 RV Pros and the owner, Isaac…read more Whenever Isaac and I actually met or spoke in person, I came away with a positive impression. He was personable, knowledgeable, and we even discussed partnering to restore and flip RVs together. He took me to lunch to talk about the opportunity. He also earned my trust by agreeing to do work on one of my RVs with only half the payment up front and the remaining balance due after I sold the unit. That said, communication was consistently poor from the very beginning. Phone calls regularly went unanswered, and texts or messages often took weeks or even months to receive a response, if they were answered at all. The biggest issue involved money. Isaac asked me to contribute $4,000 toward a bulk purchase of roofing materials, explaining he was putting in $6,000 himself and that buying $9,000-$10,000 worth of materials would get a better price. Thankfully, I only contributed $3,000 instead of the $4,000 he requested. He told me he would repay my $3,000, plus interest, once the materials were purchased and projects got underway. After sending the money, I went over a month without any response. After several months of repeated attempts to contact him, I finally drove to his shop because I couldn't get him to answer calls or messages. When I found him, he told me he was embarrassed because work had slowed down, roofing materials hadn't arrived on time, he had lost jobs, and his business partner had left. Now, approximately 6-7 months later, I still have not received my $3,000 back or the interest he promised. He does not answer calls, texts, or messages. He also told me he planned to sell his truck to help pay me back. The truck is no longer listed for sale, but I have still not received my money or any meaningful communication. I'm sharing this because I don't want someone else to end up in the same situation. While the workmanship I received was acceptable, I would strongly advise being cautious before doing any type of business with Isaac from 405 RV Pros.
