We're failing the first night I'm talking heater, water system, refrigerator, batteries These folks are complete and total liars. Please do your homework before dealing with such an underhanded disgusting company. If I can save at least one person from having a bad experience with this company. I may have some closure. They're all about the money, not about customer service. They kiss your ass and tell you everything's going be fine but in the long run, they stick it in your ass. No one answers the phone and you have to drive there to have a conversation about repair status. Parts department routinely orders the wrong parts further delaying repairs. Their service dept is terrible. They don't return calls when they say, they don't give updates and they don't answer their phone. They won't return calls even after we called the manager. They ghosted us knowing we had to leave town to go back home several states away. They lied about why it took so long to repair our coach, took it apart and left it in the bay but simply pushed the broken slide out back in and moved it back outside exposed to the elements. I rented an RV for a cross country move. The one and only storage key broke off inside one keyhole. Called them on 12/24. They were open and the Service team was able to get the key out and get me a new key right away, at a great price. Team was knowledgeable, helpful, and saved us at a crazy time. I purchased a 2022 Forester Surveyor travel trailer at the big rv show in Oklahoma and later discovered that they tacked on $2k more than the show price posted on display in addition to 3 separate roadside contracts, over $900 each when I specifically told them the camper was going to stay on my property, not be used for travel. So approximately $4k tacked on in addition to the "service contract" that doesn't actually cover anything and cost another $4400! It only assigns rv techs to service if necessary then I have to pay both if there is a problem found. Oh sure, they were courteous and helpful guiding me into buying a unit now has me almost $10k UPSIDE DOWN in debt that I cannot even trade it in! read more

Breck (the salesman to ask for when you go ;) ) asked what we were looking for and after a few questions took us to the RVs. He listened to what we were after and brought us to exactly what we wanted, no pushing us to spend higher than what we were wanting, nor bigger than what we were looking for. Sales was great. Once they have your money though, good luck to you. Made an appointment this past March for service, they didn't look at it until months later. Finally got it back in October for a few minor warranty items. Sold rv beginning of November, canceled the extended warranty. Weeks have gone by without hearing anything. Called warranty company and they said the balance of the money was sent back to the dealer. I can't get anyone at the dealer to tell me when it will be sent to me. Finance manager Randal doesn't answer his phone, return calls or answer texts. Can't get anybody in the warranty department to answer the phone or return calls. The lady in the service department was nice enough to take my info and send somebody an email, but still no answer from whoever she sent the email to. Would not recommend this dealer. read more

Floyd's RV delivered my son a damaged RV and tried to hide it. The delivery driver admitted to having a blowout and putting on a spare tire, but failed to divulge that the blowout tore off the fender and damaged the underside of the RV. We took several pictures before the driver left. What's clear and disappointing is that there was clearly collusion to hide the damage and leave my son on the hook to deal with it. If Floyd's makes this right, repairs the RV, and apologizes, I'll update this review. This was so shady. Be wary if you are buying an RV here!! read more

We bought a used motorhome as is but when i asked if was winterized he said "oh yes of course it belonged to an employee." When we went to drain, it had NOT been winterized and the black water tank (shiter tank) was full...and who knows for how long ...disgusting. I looked at the tires n asked the salesman what he thought n he said the looked really good. But we drove 64 miles n had a blowout cause they were dry roited... we had to replaced 6 tires immediately. I specifically asked about refrigerator and he said it was new. He was right but never told us it was NOT an RV fridge. So deceitful ...so many while lies And I have a list of lies. Salesman's name was Chris. Beware of him. read more

If possible, I would not have given this business a star at all. We purchased a brand new Black Series 2022 HQ21 from them. We also purchased their extended warranty. Of the time we have owned it, the rv has been in their possession for at least 8 months and is there currently. We discovered our unit has a manufacturing defect and they are doing little to nothing to make the necessary repairs or right this situation in any way. We have been trying to work this out through 2 different service managers and now this latest manager is no longer there. We have repeatedly asked for their new DM to contact us or to speak with him and he is never available and has yet to return our call. We have a vintage travel trailer and have purchased equipment and parts for it numerous times during the past 15 years. We bought a 12-volt thermostat two days ago. It turned out to be the wrong part. My husband took it back this afternoon, with receipt, and was directed to a sign that stated that they do not give refunds. What kind of business does that?!?! My husband said, "You're not Floyd's any more, are you?" and was told "No." They were bought out, by someone with lousy policies. Now, we are out nearly $70. We will not go back. read more

Beware!!! once they have sold you a RV you get the Worst RV service and customer service at the Blue Compass formarly Floyds RV in Norman Oklahoma!! Had roof resealed on a 2 year old trailer. Trailer is stored inside. Went on a trip 4 months later and had roof leak. Took to Blue Compass service center in Henderson NV and they said they had never seen such a horrible roof resealing (actual spots not sealed) as by the dealer formally known as Floyds RV/Blue Compass in Norman Oklahoma. Of course there was only a 90 day warranty on the roof sealing so now costing me to repair their horrible work. We had numerous other issues with this RV dealer in Norman Oklahoma. To Blue Compass-You can buy a company like Floyds RV and replace the name with Blue Compass but unless you fix the customer service and the untrained employees who do the repairs you still have a horrible business. Will never use/recommend them to anyone. read more

So this is how you coral your prospective Customers, "The Bait and Switch Internet Price Trick" I call and get salesperson Judy who immediately starts asking for my name, number etc. I immediately stop her and specifically ask if "The Black Series HQ21 Trailer is on their lot and available? She checked and assured me it was, I then asked for an out the door price of $49,900, She actually took my credit card to hold the vehicle, with the caveat of ("I'll see if we can waive dealer handling fees and check with my manager and call you back in the morning, of course no return call). I tried her again the next day and she promised me she'd have an answer within an hour. Instead, she has her boss "The Closer" call me back two days later with some fabricated story about a "CASH BUYER" as well as many others ahead of me in line for this camper? BUT FORTUNATELY FOR ME, his Boss said the Cash Buyer didn't leave a credit card, so I can buy it because Cash always wins, (even though I'm not paying cash, and all the other people ahead of me just a moment ago completely vanished) However though, 'The Closer' said there's no way we can sell this camper for $49,000, When I challenged the price on FLOYD'S own website, the "CLOSER" comes back with "sorry", if you read the small print, you would see we have a disclaimer on there! And then "The Closer" has the audacity to try and upsell me at $67,000?? He's actually trying to tell me that there was a $18,000 'mistake' between their real price and the price that was listed on their own website?? Now my Favorite part.... On Floyd RV's Website they have a "Reviews Tab" "Look what customers are saying about us" APPARENTLY they forgot to attach the LEGITIMATE REVIEWS all over the internet from REAL CUSTOMERS! Roy B and I purchased a Monaco Diplomat from Floyd's RV and picked it up in April 2022. At the time we purchased it, we were told that issues found in the Inspection and that were paid on Floyd's Repair Order but never completed before we picked it up, would be reimbursed to us. We have gone back and forth for months with promises that a check would be sent. We started with our Sales person, and was reassured that they would make it right. Then we went to our Finance person, was reassured from him they would make it right. Then we were sent to the Service person, who assured us that they were sending a check. Then when some portion of this business was sold, we were told the Finance person handling the RVs sold would handle it. We FINALLY got the title corrected, but still no reimbursement to what they claimed were corrected via Repair order but not completed. Then I wrote a review, which got the attention of the GM who indicated he would be willing to work with us to get it corrected. We contacted him a couple weeks ago when he said he would review. Now calling daily to get an update, we talk over the phone and he claims to have no knowledge of our conversation. Ironically we bought ALL of the various warranties, but the items that were supposed to be completed on the Repair order ARE NOT COVERED because the Warranty company says the items were supposed to be repaired. Even they mentioned that if we don't get reimbursed with these items- we were probably SCAMMED by Floyd's! BUYER BEWARE. You might be lucky and get a functional unit. But if not, YOU WILL DEFINITELY HAVE PROBLEMS! Same people are still at this location. There is a very big problem with "SAY-DO". They may "say" something, but "do"ing something is a completely different story. Don't Trust them. What they say you cannot believe. read more

When we bought our camper in 2020 it's a 2021 aspen . It had a hole in the skirting we asked if they would discount it and they said no. Fine they said they would put it in for warranty and fix it for us. We took it to the campsite and the air conditioner didn't work! We took it back to Floyd's 2 times and it still didn't work. We ended up paying someone else to fix it! We called and asked if our skirting was in they kept saying they will check on it!! Year later they never ordered it! We got a call saying they have all the parts to bring In our camper!! Our camper sat in the late for 6-7 months they didn't even touch it!!! We picked up the camper brought it home!! They called us serval months later to bring it back and told us it should be done in 3 days! ITs now sitting for 3 months we call for updates and keep getting the run around!! We asked for the parts so we can do the repairs ourself and they said no!!! This is the worst company ever!! We will be going to pick our RV and never coming back! I bought a class A in March 2021 with a 48 month extended warranty. On March 3, 2022 I cancelled the warranty and requested a prorated refund. The refund check cleared the bank on March 28th. Floyd's was supposed to send the money to my lender. I was told it was mailed on May 3, 2022. That never happened. They've had my $4872.00 refund for over 10 weeks and still haven't done the right thing. They are thieves and probably have my money in an interest bearing account sucking cash off of me. Went back for the same camper two days later and they tell us they "made a mistake" on the price the first time and would not honor the offer. Now they want $1,000 more. This is after we spent an hour with a sales person who showed us three additional campers at a higher price after we said we might be willing to up our budget for the right model. Turns out two of those three (including the one we liked) were NOT in our price range after all... Yet another promise broken. Not honoring three of four offers is a poor way to do business. Avoid this place. My wife went in to look at a few 5th wheels. We met Chris. We told him what were looking for and explained we wanted to look at multiple options to make a decision on what we would be buying. I asked if we could look around so we would not waste his time. He insisted that he go with us. After showing us 2 5th wheels, he told me that he doesnt get paid to show RV's, he gets paid to ell Rv's. I told him that I was upfront in the beginning about our intentions and that we were looking to be able to make an informed decision on our purchase. He drove us back to the office and dropped us off. he didnt want to have anything more to do with us. I am a salesman and understand people wasting time. They talk about values yet in an emergency on a trip their service department wouldn't even take a look at a fuse in our RV and said to even be squeezed in (on a Tuesday) that it would cost double. I purchased a new RV from Floyds RV the end of Jan. 980 miles transmission control unit went out the end of Feb as we planed first trip didn't get back from repair shop until the end may had to complain to general manager on who was going to cover repairs (i have extended warranty) first trip 1028 miles generator access panel door fell off somewhere during trip could not run generator to run air conditioners. had only been removed during walk through at time of purchase cost to replace $136.00 Floyds Rv service advisor insinuated I had removed the door and didn't replace it correctly not covered. after returning from trip the end of July called for appointment date for warranty repairs gave drop off date of 9/7/21 (3900 miles on unit) after having coach for two weeks was informed drop off date is not repair date that would be 10 to 12 weeks later. after heated meeting with general manager date was moved up. during that meeting was given a paper indicating the repairs i needed were excluded repairs after 90 days of purchase and not covered under warranty this had not been disclosed at time of purchase again meeting with general manager and the items were addressed. While in for repairs I ordered an oil change for engine and generator not asking price (my big mistake) what i could have had done at local truck service center for around $200.00 to $250.00 I was charged over $600.00 on top of that generator had oil spilled all over the engine frame and base. Got unit home was planning weekend trip checked oil didn't trust Floyds discovered fuse box cover was missing in engine compartment exposing fuse box to water if driven during rain contacted Floyds the service advisor agreed the cover had probably been removed during the repairs to transmission controller but the Ford repair shop would not accept responsibility again insinuated it was my fault and part was not covered under warranty cost to replace from parts.ford.com is $36.00 including shipping if part ordered is correct. if Floyds ordered the part they would mark up the price and then sell it to me. I have owned five RV's never have I had such condescending treatment as i have had from Floyds to infer I had removed the parts and it was my responsibility to purchase the replacement parts is beyond me. Floyds bent over backwards to get my check for over $100,000.00 at time of purchase but didn't have the time of day for me afterwards insinuated every missing part was my fault rather than replacing it and contacting Holiday Rambler for repayment to them my advice run don't walk to any other RV dealership in the OKC after sales service is worst I have ever seen read more

I purchased a 2015 park model trailer from Floyd's RV in Norman OK. Saturday Feb. 12th, I was advised by Aaron the salesman that the Only issue with trailer is outside hail damage, and a set of outside stairs that will be repaired before I pick it up. that's it otherwise an awesome trailer in great condition again with no issues. Well I waited a full week and then drove 5 1/2 hrs to pick it up because salesman told me it's been fully inspected and ready for pick up. Well I get there and first thing he tells me is they just removed the stairs because they didn't think I needed them!! And if I want to fix myself just screw a 2x4 to frame to fix it! Then we get inside and floor is rotted out by patio door and that's why they had to remove stairs but was again told to just screw a 2x4 to the bottom of rotted floor to fix it! Well after arguing with them for an hour and advised them only way to fix this is to rip out old floor and replace it, so Salesmanager Aaron Church agreed to give a discount for floor work if I did it myself he tried to low ball me at first and again was reassured no other issues with trailer and they fully inspected it! So I get it home 7 hrs later and found out awning is all torn up and no good and electrical outlets in kitchen do not work and when I turned the water on the water pump is not connected and flooded bathroom due to no hose on water pump and no shut off valve. Which none of these issues were disclosed to me and if they truly inspected trailer then they knew of these issues but choose not to inform me of them they just rushing me to sign the papers and leave, They just kept saying well it's a used trailer not a new one even though they were asking a very high premium for it! So bottom line is Aaron the sales guy and Arron Church the Salesmanager and the Service/inspection guy all lied to me just to make another sale! These guys cannot and should not be trusted. They sold me a Lemon trailer and know it. read more

So I paid Cash for Forest River surveyor in March 2021 my fridge went out in October 2021 along with a lot of otther things that were just not completely done ( pantry still had exposed 2x4's ( I didn't notice cause it the back wall) the windows were letting in air and the ac was making a weird noise like a fan was loose I set an appointment 4 months in advance. I had them pick up my camper (they were late) then they told me they were working on in but they neber asked me where I his the key so I knew that was a lie. I fonally got ahold of the manager and she said they had spare keys and didn't need my keys. I got A call 2 hrs later asking where I put the keys cause they couldnt get in. They did have my camper fixed by the time they said but after I got It back I noticed a leak I called them back they helped me find the leak and told me to bring it in to get it fixed. I explained that I live in it full times and that I cant just bring it in anytime. The manager Tara literally told me "WELL THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT ADVISE LIVING IN IT FULL TIME" I was angry to say the least I told the sales person I was going to be living in it full time until our house was built. WHY WOULD YOU SELL ME A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT A FULL TIME LIVING CAMPER IF THAT WAS MY MAIN OBJECTIVE? Bought a Cardinal Luxury Fifth Wheel. Love the trailer but be careful, the dealer is reluctant to help you with any warranty work on the trailer appliances. i bought this last year and still the refrigerator has not worked since i bought it and still no new fridge. Very disappointing when they say they offer a full one year warranty and then make you do all the leg work to get it fixed which has taken months and still not working. Very poor warranty and trust from the dealership itself. No one wants to actually step in and help, you are on your own. I would not buy from them in the future. read more
