I bought a Yukon 399ML for my daughter and son in law from Floyds. the one they wanted from another dealer was ridiculously overpriced and undervalued! My daughter , was extremely hesitant bc she couldn't find enough "info" on the Yukons. However, Sunny Rae, convinced my daughter to just take a look inside before saying No. she was instantly in love the moment she opened the front door. She was obviously sold, but her joy sent me into inner shock bc if she was that impressed, then the $ had to be at LEAST double the one we saw at the previous stop so i had to jump on it. i was not only tired of looking but i knew getting my daughter and I to both AGREE on ANYTHING else again was simply impossible. I will never set foot in this place again and that is sad because I've gone here for many years for service and parts. I took my 5th Wheel in for service at the appointment time that I waited a full month to get. I then waited 2 more months for it to be fixed. They never called me to update the progress. I called them four different times to check on status and they said it would be soon and they would call me back with an update. They never called. They never even took the 5th wheel into a bay. When I went in to retrieve my camper the front pedestals and tires were covered in mud from where it sat all summer. And then they lost the keys to the camper. I drove a mile south to Wade's RV and they promised to get my camper in within 9 days. I've heard of dealers 'sundowning' customers and I now know what the means. Fine. The customer service is horrible. You just lost a customer. read more

I started looking at trailers and went in not ready to buy - I was not pressured, shown different options and went about my merry way. They had one toy hauler I really liked and we back 3-4 times for me to do measurement and to show my husband and father. Traveling cross country in my new teardrop trailer. Lost all fresh water in a canyon in Texas. Called the folks at Floyd's since I was heading to Norman and they graciously fit me into there extremely busy schedule. When I arrived a repair technician was under my trailer only a few minutes after I arrived, installed so possible missing caps and checked my boiler system. Everything was in working order in only a few minutes and they only charged me for the parts. A total of under $20. Not even a labor charge. It's now Blue Compass RV. Horrible service. Tried to charge me shipping on a warranty repair. RV was in their shop for months. No one answers the phone and you have to drive there to have a conversation about repair status. Parts department routinely orders the wrong parts further delaying repairs.
